Hi guys.

Its been a month or two since I been on this forum. I have been to one urologist who told me I do not have peyronies disease. he told me that I have scarring developing after my injury almost 7 months ago. he also told me that the healing process of the injury is exactly the same as the progress of peyronies disease. Is this true? I thought different. I thought PDS attacked healthy tissue where there has been no injury, and that injury only made scarring from that particular area.

My scarring feels like a nodule, or sometimes like a flat lump. And I have one smaller lump just beneath the main one. It has surely grown the last couple of weeks. Must be a sign that I have PDS and not scarring form injury? I am so confused!! Pain has been more severe lately. Probably due to being sexually active with a girl I really like.

My scarring is just beneath the glans on the left side. Its still hard to tell if I have developed more curvature. It really seems bend in flaccid state, but not so different than before injury when erect. The glans may have tilted a bit more to the left.

Since Im still in pain Im afraid of doing VED or traction. It seems to make the pain worse. Do you guys recommend waiting with traction/VED? I also bent my penis with my girl on top. This was really painful, and erections does not last like they used, due to pain and psychological reasons I think. I hope not bending it made more damage.

And my last questions is since It has not been any severe curvature after so many months do you think it can develop now? I know active phase can last up to 2 years, but my urologist says chronic phase normally begins after 7-8 months.

And if I should start taking cialis nightly, how much do you recommend?

As always I have a lot of questions. Hope you find time to answer some of them.

All the best Tom

I can't really speak to the scarring from injury vs. Peyronies Disease, but I can say that I had NO apparent injury and onset / damage seemed to be my body just f'ing up, kind of like how RA attacks joints.  I was diagnosed with Peyronies Disease by 2 different uros and one was an andrologist/recon uro.

I know that my pain was a major inhibitor of starting VED or Traction until month 6.  I started traction around month 4.5 and I caused a severe worsening in my curvature. I stopped and then started VED in June and stopped any further worsening as well as helped resolve some of the pain that I was having still.  Just 16 days ago, which is around month 11 for me, I started full on traction with RestoreX.  So far so good, I can comfortably wear it with the appropriate level of traction for the 30 minutes.

Whatever you decide to start doing, take it easy and slow.  VED 3 cylinder Soma device is probably the best place to start as long as you follow the "Old Man" protocol listed here on the forums.  Then after you are not in heavy pain, start traction, with any legit device.  They all have pro's and cons, NeoV is putting together a nice set of videos reviewing the heavy hitters.  I think he's due to drop a video on RestoreX soon.

Thank you for your reply!

Maybe I`ll never know if its PDS or healing with scarring. What confuses me tho is that no one in this country seems ti know much about it or the difference. If there even is a difference?

Thank you for your advices regarding traction and VED. I did some traction (by hand) myself and I actually think it made the scarring grow more, more painful anyways. So I`ll take your advice and wait.

Where can I read about the Old mans protocol? The survival guide?
I have seen some of NEO`s videos. I know he surely recommend traction among other recommendations.

Good luck with restorex. Hope it will come with good results.
