Implanting while Peyronie still in active phase?

Hello brothers. As you know, i'm considering an implant.

The main issue is that my Peyronie's disease, which i have since like 6 years, is still progressing, and i still feel some numbness, pain, discomfort and see from time to time some worsening of lenght, girth, erectile function and so on.

My question is: did anyone here got implanted while his Peyronie's was still in active phase? if yes, which have been your results? Did you mantain or got back lenght and girth? Did the pain disappear? Did the disease stop?

Tell me something about it.. I'm scared that it can worsen the situation and, if the fibrosis progresses, it could attack the nerves..

Thank you really much for sharing

You can get an implant during the active phase of Peyronie's. It will effectively halt and stop any progression of the diseases. But I am a little bit hesitant that after 6 years your Peyronie's is still active, you just don't hear of that. Are you continuously traumatizing your penis and creating macro tears that would cause an on-set of scar tissue creation?

Most likely you would re-gain girth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mr3pE7KORq0. Unless your scar tissue is severely stubborn and calcified.

Have you done extensive traction and VED therapy?
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Yes, I've never heard of a 6 year active Phase for Peyroines. I've had Peyroines roughly 5 years and it hit a stable phase probably 3 years ago at least, then it even improved (hourglassing disappeared, probably even earlier, and no more loss of girth or length and no increase in bend. Never had Erectile Dysfunction anyway. Used Pentox first to second year. Not sure if it helped but it didn't hurt anything either).

thx for the reply. Unfortunately, yes, Peyronie's can last years or even more than a decade. I know many people in my same situation.. Often, you just don't know it. You feel some pain for 1-2 days, then nothing for weeks, and you think you're in the stable phase.. But it's not.

I wish my Peyronie's stopped the 2° year.. =(

To be honest, i'm tired of being considered a liar. I haven't got anything to explain to you guys. If you want to believe me, it's ok. If you treat me like an idiot, then i'll do the same: i'll just ignore you all and read&reply to comments from serious people.

Cheers.

My peyronies started and just got worse for 2.5  years. It was still there right up until I got my titan. Pain would come and go. Plaque seemed to get bigger but seemed to shrink at times.

70 degree curve went back to 35 when implanted after traction and ved for 8 months.

My surgeon said active, inactive, did not matter. Once they put titan in. Peyronies is over. Was for me and plenty of others on here. No more curve, no hourglassing. Cannot find any plaque and I had a piece as big as my thumbnail about a third up my shaft. I cannot even tell today i had any of that with peyronies.

Just have to pump up my erection. For me it was only option.

Everyone has to come to terms with that themselves. Till then do your best and try to stay sane. Damn hard to when dealing with this crap.

Anyone reading my old posts know while I was dealing with ed, peyronies, an implant, a failure, and reimplant, my wife had her skull operated on twice. She has a hole in her brain cavity into her ear canal they determined they cannot fix after trying. Just have to see what happens. She never once said my ed stuff was not important, and we worked both our surgeries in over time.

In reality though. in the scheme of things my issues were not crap compared to having a 3 inch square piece of your skull taken out and put back on. Twice.

She really does like the implant though. We figure we will use it all we can till one of us can't anymore. Then I wont worry about it again. Till then though fun fun fun till it gets taken away.

Did you read what this "old guy" is saying though? An implant stops the progression. You seen my dck and if I got an implant now I'd be ready to go for the next like 15 years then worst case scenario I need a replacement. More likely I might have even better options by then. But honestly, I don't think it even matters much what ths future holds. Gotta make the best of it now. And denying that it's possible to keep progressing over years is not helpfull at all. I have experienced it myself, I have a friend I met here who has the same, hope has it. Who knows how and why? But it defenitely exists. What SW01 said is actually the only helpfull post here. He is right.. if you have to pump up your erection, but it works, you don't have to worry about getting progressively worse, your flaccid will look normal again, etc. Why the heck wouldn't you want that? I honestly waited too LONG rather than too short to think about an implant. But it is defenitely the only accepteable option in my case and probably that of many guys like Hope.

Thank you for the heads up, SW01!! So, no further progression of Peyronies and plaque dindn't grow more?

Thank you for the kind words. Please, ignore Peter. He has some huge psychological issues and probably his mind is f*cked. I can accept it, but i can't accept that he comes here and tries to ruin other people's post and thoughts.

If you're thinking of getting an implant then i would personally suggest absolutely heavy traction and daily VED. This would be to re-gain your lost length and gain as much length as possible before your implant.

You can do very advanced things like weight hanging and many hours of rod extending. I personally do weight hanging followed by an all day stretcher and many hours of rod extension.

You will absolutely gain length. Couple it with heavy Cialis to hold off on the implant as long as possible. Once the Cialis fails altogether then you have ~3-4 months to get the implant to avoid further length loss. But with VED you can probably stretch that time even further.

Thanks for the advice Luiz, i've tried both traction and VED. VED was really good, but cilynder was too big for me and i "sucked" some veins near the penis and hurt myself.

Regarding the TRACTION, i was having great results as first, then suddendly i inflamed myself again and it worsened my situation.. :(

I think you need to keep trying and work your way through your issues.

For VED, there's the Vacurect which you pump from the top and uses a special ring to slide down to the base. This helps avoid skin being pulled in. You can also throw some cardboard into your cylinder to make it smaller. You can also use a penis sleeve like this one: https://totalmanshop.com/collections/accessories/products/penis-sleeve

You stretch the sleeve at the bottom and it creates a barries to avoids the scrotum and extra skin to be pulled in.

You can look at other sites and forums for advice.

For traction, maybe you overdid it. Just let it heal but as soon as you can just start again, lower tension higher time.
The penimaster pro would probably be good for you. You need to use it 6+hrs per day.

Best.
