Is there any way to get an implant (partially) covered by insurance for me?

I'm seriously considering an implant and already consulted dr.Eid but I am not sure I can afford it out of the pocket and I am most likely not insured in the US. I am from Holland and have an insurance here. I believe I have a pretty "advanced" insurance so it should include a lot so I still have hope that it does get insured within europe. So are there any doctors closer to me? Like in the EU, maybe germany for example or even here in Holland. I do not want to go as cheap as possible obviously, but I also should be able to pay for it and soon cause I am still progressing and pretty sure I will be too late if I wait another couple of years to finally get the money.
