I have been experiencing sharp pains in the acute phase more so recently and i think its because I am home for a few days and have not been eating keto (still haven't told my parents yet but plan to soon) but I want to start traction asap. I ordered a PMP out of impulse and figured I would need it eventually u know... Should I wait it out for a few weeks until I am in less pain or just try it out for like an hour and see how it feels
-26 years old
-diagnosed 9/20
-hard flaccid
-mild case so far, pain is getting worse and slight tilt to the left when erect
-low dose cialis, ALCAR, CoQ10, heat
-tried traction but seemed to make it worse so just waiting it out

I'm no expert and I definitely recommend to tell parents and see a Uro ASAP. I can only tell you to listen to your doctor as well as say what I did. I had bad pain to where I could even focus on work and I started traction during the pain.

I would warm up very well with a rice sock and put on PMP with small amount of force. As Neo has said, DO NOT FORCE YOUR PENIS. Lightly stretch to attach gland cup to bars and increase tension from there.
Good luck brother, I hope the pain resolves
