70 yr old US male.  I struggled with Dupuytrens affecting my non-primary (right) hand ring and little fingers until the contractures were so severe in 2018 that I submitted to 2 Xiaflex injections and subsequent manipulations.  Approximately one year ago I began having painful erections (the tip initially) then a distinct curvature of the penis with a noticeable tumor-like collection of mass on the side opposite the curvature.  Although not measured accurately, the curvature is approximately 70-80 degrees at erection.  Intercourse is "interesting" to say the least but at my age I doubt I will seek any medical intervention.

Our stories are amazingly similar. I have had Dupuytrens for many years. Initially only in my right hand, but now both. No real pain, and only affecting my right little finger. I also have a 70 degree lateral curve. Have used a Restorex for several months with some improvement. Taking supplements as well. Since you've already tried Xiaflex, you might want to consider it.
68 years old, diagnosed 8/19, 70 degrees left curve at the base, started Restorex, discontinued after 11 months, 10 degree improvement
