can you see inflammatino in the penis usually?

I am in the acute phase i have sharp pain when flaccid throughout the day... i dont see any visible signs of inflammation though like redness/swelling, etc. Is it all internal? also no palpable plaque yet it looks and feels normal i just feel constant pain.

It's internal.  For pain try ibuprofen, generic voltaren gel and maybe pentox.

Yeah swelling is not visible other than indentations and hard flaccid type symptoms.
