ive been talking to several members who have suggested combining both therapies in the acute phase which i am currently in. I'm just scared of causing further damage by purchasing a VED. I already ordered a PMP but am hesitant about purchasing a VED i know many people here have had success using a VED. I guess its just scary cause this is all happening to me very quickly and im young (25). to people who have not used a VED and just used traction is it doable without one or is purchasing a VED an absolute 100% must for dealing with this.

Thank you,

Cam

-tried traction but seemed to make it worse so just waiting it out
