Hey, as I have never really gotten out of active phase and it seems to slowly but surely progress no matter what I take I am wondering if some of the meds and supplements can actually make the inflammation worse for whatever reason. I am asking this because lately I read an article about how cialis for example can actually make things worse. Not sure I believe that, but I wonder what you people think. What I been taking daily is Cialis, pentox, l-citrulline and sometimes a quarter of aspirin when I have pain. I am in great shape, lift weights, play basketball and don't feel any sides like changes in blood pressure. I think most of what I do can only help, but thought it might be worth to discuss further. In case someone might suggest it, I already tried Ved and traction, but I never seem to tolerate it at all and feel the only thing that helps without causing more pain is natural erections prefereable even without masturbation. It's weird. I tried everything to just get it stabilize, not even try and grt any size back just hopefully letting things heal. I only wear sweatpants for years just cause it is more comfortable. Anyway, going off topic. I wanna know if any oral drugs can worsen the inflammation.

No curve, but I sure as hell lost a LOT of volume, changed shape, got hourglassing and combined with pain. I am not saying the pain is 24/7 and unbearable. What IS  happening is that I have inflammation very very often and thst by wearing sweatpants I eliminte the chance of getting pain during the daybwhich I often get. I did see specialists, at least whst is considered a specialist here in Holland. I have seen many uro's in fact. They all say something different and the bottom.line is they can not help. I am now making an appointment with dr Eid as I feel I need somrthing done..mayne an implant might save what is left of my penis. But anyway, my case is defenitely not common, but it is not the rarity that you descrive it as. Plenty of guys here that got worse over time when they should have been in chronic phase. For some reason most of the guys thst seem to have the same are younger guys who has got it from jelqing in the past. It may not be classical peyronies. One plague, one bend, stable in 2 years. Nope.. but it is real, it is more common than you suggest and it is literally scar tissue formation so I would say that it IS in fsct peyronies, right? Not like it matters much anyway as long as there is a solution. For now I just pray.an implant will work else I have no clue causr yeah.. I might get worse and worse with my weird unhewrd.of.case which I WISH was all imagined

Tom Lue said a small % of men may get worse on pentox (source needed). And citrulline may make insulin resistance worse like other BCAAs and contribute to amino acid dysregulation, it's hard to say. Too many antioxidants are also not good, but if you still eat a standard diet I can't imagine them worsening your situation. Diet is more useful than supplements IMO. Don't bet on a diagnosis helping (but see a specialist if you can).

To add to this description - I'm 32 and have been in the active phase for 3,5 years, around the time when I was diagnosed. I also only started to develop a curve after 1,5-2 years. My main plaque has now stabilised, but lo and behold, other smaller ones have emerged elsewhere and they are still active. Or so it seems anyway, they are still evolving and causing pain much like the original plaque was earlier. My doctor says he has seen it in other patients as well, with some variations. Bottom line - I'm not sure there is a standard textbook case of Peyronies and that it rather varies from person to person.

Not sure if that helps, just sharing some observations and experiences.

Regarding the oral supplements, I'd doubt they would make things worse as long as you do not overdose. My doctor warned me against priapism after taking Cialis but as far as I know, the chances of developing that are quite slim with standard doses.
