Any drugs that are similar to Colchicine in terms of collagen synthesis?

Any drugs that inhibit collagen synthesis similar to Colchicine? Or increase collagenese activity? Any help would be appriciated.

NeoV i value your inputs a lot, but are these mostly supplements and not a "hard drug" like colchicine? Am i right or are they prescribed as drugs for some conditions as well? Main reason is that most supplements are not strong enough to work on me. I need something that is on tamoxifen or tacrolimus level that interrupts cells that strongly. I stopped considering tamoxifen and raloxifene, as they might make it worse.

colchicine *IS* a supplement, even though it's prescribed as if it were a drug.

I take it on toxic levels and it works on those doses only, and believe me when i say i have jaundice and severe myalgia combined with muscle loss, this is not a supplement it is almost a chemo drug at those doses sustained. It takes a toll on you
