*NASTY SEX QUESTION ALERT!* Sex involving balls practices with an implant

Hi everyone. I'm 26 years old guy from Italy. Long story short: Peyronie + ED since 5 years, pills working badly, so i'm strongly considering an implant.
My question to the implanted guys is:

What about "sexual practices involving the balls?"?

I've got a "perversion" from sex practices which involve balls. I mean that i love massages to the balls, i love to make my girlfriend lick my balls, suck them, and "put" my balls on her face, and things like that.

My question is: will this still be possible WITHOUT DISCOMFORT OR PAIN to me or to her, after an implant? What about the third ball?

I guess it will be really noticeable if she massages my balls, but will it still be pleasureable to have these practices, Or will it be painful, weird or discomfortable?

Thank you guys, it may seem a weird and stupid questions but you know, every men has his own tastes, so i'm sure you won't judge....

EDIT: May these practices cause damage to the tubes or pump and reduce implant's lifespan?

The sensation to testicles shouldn't change. But the pump will be obvious to touch.

I don't think it will give your partner any discomfort as well.

Ball play will eventually feel the same. It takes a while for your balls to get settled with your "new ball", but once the healing is complete, I never have experienced pain. Well maybe a few times, when I had some tight pants on and they pulled a strange way.

- Ball licking / sucking / massage doesnt cause harm to testicles or doesnt damage pump or tubes?
- My partner will feel the "third ball" but will still be able to practice ball stimulations?
- Will the third ball feel so hard that, in her face, it will pain? Or is it "soft" like a normal testicule?

I like your directness.
No harm is correct.
They will know the third ball for sure, but can easily stimulate the other "free balls".
The third ball will definitely be different from your others. Once you heal up, if she likes the third ball, she may like it. To you, all you will feel is the skin being touched. Of course you can't feel the third ball as it is plastic and it is not soft, but who knows, she may like it.
Your two balls will not be connected to your third ball, so if you have heavy hangers, they shouldn't interfere.

I've found stimulation to the pump actually causing good feelings in the scrotum as well.

only one thing changes about the balls.  The pump is clearly detectable with message or sucking.

The Titan pump is somwhat less irregular and a little smaller but still clearly detectable with ball play.

When you meet with a surgeon, they will give you a sample key ring, LOL.

I measured my sample at about 3" around and about 1.5 inches in total length of ball and press switch.

You can look online for pics of it.

Sadly i have small balls, so it's the biggest structure in my ball sac, but others who have bigger balls, it of course is smaller.

I have thought about getting an testicle implant, but that's it, just thought about it.
