Ventral (Downward) Curve and RestoreX Advice

So, my RestoreX device has arrived and I'm ready to start using it. I watched a YouTube video (linked below) that helps you set it up for a ventral or downward curve situation which I have (90 degree downward curve!). The video talks about buying an extra ring to use for 'straight' traction and using the ring as altered in the video for the 'opposite of curve' traction.

My thoughts were to simply keep the same ring in place and do the straight traction but it be underneath the unit rather on top of the unit as it is normally placed when shipped. I would still get the straight stretch but it would just be underneath as opposed to being on top due to the placement of the ring.

Has anybody had a ventral (downward) curve and used this device? Has anyone done the straight traction first and then adjusted the unit upwards for address the curve? I'm hoping that I can just use the same ring (in the same position) for both so I don't have to remove the device and can do a straight half hour per session.

Before I dive into my first session, any experience shared by anyone who's already been there with this specific situation would be greatly appreciated! Honestly, I'm a little scared to get started with this thing because it looks like a medieval torture device! LOL

Here's the setup video for a ventral curve.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hey,

Someone else can chime in but restorex can be tricky to use. I would honestly suggest just working on getting a stretch first because it can be difficult. There are other videos that suggest pulling straight first, then adjusting the angle, so I would say you can save yourself the money and use one unit.

If things get tough don't worry. I have the same bend and I've found even doing manually stretching with your hand while your penis is inside the ring which has helped tremendously.

Good luck!

Thank you for the reply!

Given what I have read in the manuals, the videos I have watched, and working on setting up the device for my specific situation, I can't agree more!

I like your idea as a way to settle into things. I think it's important for me to get a feel for this thing to make sure I don't overdo it when I start actually using it.

I'm in a similar situation and setup the base for a ventral curve (counter bend up.) Not sure why they mentioned getting a second base in the manual for this but I've been doing just fine with this one configuration.  I do 15 minutes straight then 15 min with counter bend.

I have the same downward curve. Any pictures of before and after?

For ventral scarring RestoreX is extremely powerful for me when used "upside down." I've been solely using it that way, and when combined with hand traction, it's really made my penis feel great.
