Hi Guys,
I'm brand new to this forum, and indeed works of wonky willies.
I realised nearly 2 years ago, that something wasn't right with my penis, and how I Was underperforming.
I'm a married Nan and have been happily for over 20 years.
I am 48
My own is has always bent downwards a tad, which hasn't really bothered me, and have always been able to get erections.
But noticed a pea sized lump in my penis nearly 2 years ago at which point it bent over to the left, almost as if it was broken.
But by bit it seems to have got worse, with the fire skin actually getting tighter around the helmet, with what seems to be lack of use to be honest.
My wife is supportive but sex has diminished terribly being completely honest.
I tend to avoid it as much as I can when really I should be hopping into bed with the wife, I'm doing all I can to jump out.
It's awful.
I did go to see a NHS urologist and after an examination he did confirm plaque, but all he suggested was a circumcision and loss of length.
I don't know what other option there is, I did start taking vitamin E but after 3 months saw no change one way or the other so what's the point?
Please guys, any advice would help.
although I can still get an erection, it's not all too easy and hard to maintain it during sex.
It bends now over to the left in 2 places as if there may be 2 plaques.
It's not all that uncomfortable when flacid, but it is when erect.
I can still ejaculate but it dribbles out as opposed to shooting out like it used to, and going for a wee is slow also .
Advice help please

Welcome!

Vitamin E is likely not going to help. Low dose cialis and pentox if you like or just CoQ10.
Consider your metabolic health over all else and in my opinion, gentle traction. What do you mean the skin getting tighter? If it's phimosis of some kind, PLEASE be aware that that is related to diabetes, as is Peyronie's. I highly recommend keto, carnivore, and fasting.

It's hard to tell what stages you are at with new or old plaque.. no oral medication is proven to do anything unfortunately. You can pop the pentoxofylinne with little side effects as I have but don't plan on seeing anything different!.. Traction can be effective  but in my experience it's important to note where the plaque is first. If your plaque is closer to the glands it can make things more problematic.. have you tried a low dose of viagra? That's worked wonders for me.. I've fairly certain I've stabilized with a 20degree bend as the pain is gone and it's been 5 weeks with no change. Unless I go past 30 I'll prob just live and die by viagra.. sucks to be on them at 35 but it helps with stability and likelihood of further injury.
35 yrs old
Onset 05/01/20 diagnosed 05/14/20. Taking Pentox, trental, multivitamin, Zoloft & Tylenol
Traction was painful and made it worse
Lateral plaque by glands 20 degrees left/ narrowing
Lost about 2cm length

DJC, start by reading the survival guide.  And if any surgeon recommends circumcision-run the other way.  You can read about guys here who lost significant sensitivity after circumcusion!  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
