Hello everyone,  i've had peyronies for approx 12 years.  Im 35 years young.

Had a nesbit procedure in April 2010 (lost just over an inch, but i was fairly blessed before) and apart from an odd pain flare and a new minor curve had around 8 years with no issues.  Early last year i noticed i was developing some discomfort and some curvature in the base where i had the previous issue, i was not sexually active at the time and my marriage was breaking down (not peyronies related) so didnt do anything about it.

18 months later i now am worried I am back to square one, my erection now faces downwards towards the floor when it was pretty straight, have some hourglasing/shinkage/deformity and pretty sure kink at base like before.  Not sure how to approach it this time, cialis and pentox worked well last time but i still required surgery.

Saw dr ralph last time and the surgery went well and he will have all my notes so may go back to him, but have also read good things on here regarding Dr Minhas.  Keep fighting everyone!

Is it your guess that this in new Peyronies Disease or a failure of the original plication?

Hi Hawk,

My guess is it's new Peyronies, hasn't presented the same as before. I don't have Ed or bad pain this time, but it looks worse.

Think Pentox/Cialis and a urologist visit is the right course of action for now. Be interested to hear what dr Ralph says as he did my original surgery

Me too.  At your age and with good erections I might consider excision and grafting but I would get an implant before I would even consider placation.   Maybe you can avoid surgery completely.

Booked an appointment with doctor Ralph, let the journey commence.

Hawk your survival guide is brilliant, wish I'd read that back then. In my early 20's I thought my life was over and I've now had a good run.

My plan is to follow your survival guide stabilise then assess, be as healthy as can be and attempt some sexual activity and see how I get on. I think an implant is on the cards at some point as I believe I will always be susceptible to Peyronies and ED.. I would turn down any less final surgery unless a very convincing case was made.

Since having the nesbit I have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at 27 and had chronic back pain after an injury from 29-31, I seem to be prone to auto immune disorders. Interestingly I have never suffered any cross over pain, it is like my body chooses an area to attack .

Just over two weeks till appointment as self paying. I know this time around not too have too high hopes,as last time i was sure it would be a walk in the park once I saw a specialist.

This time around I  feel like I have more to lose, having such a long period of 'normality' and the disease seems to have attacked in a more complex way. I'm hoping he still has pictures of me pre and post nesbitt to compare, as my current edition I don't even recognise.

I'm going to focus on the things I can improve in myself in the short term, as I don't think it's coincidence that my Peyronie problems have happened when I haven't looked after myself physically and mentally.  I always told myself that if my Peyronies ever returned, the medical options would be much improved, or I would be of an age where it didn't bother me

Tony - I had an above average size  penis before with a clear hinge at the base to resolve, apart from size loss it seemed a great solution. I don't have the size anymore and my Peyronie seems more severe. Although night time erections are strong so I don't have true ED, I believe I may struggle in the bedroom as I I can't maintain a strong erection by hand.

You should be doing traction therapy if you want to maximize your size.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X
