I'm curious at what month did you notice the pain gone and changes stopping? I'm almost at 5 months now.. My Urologist said most ppl have reduced pain around 6 months but changes can still occur.  If many surgeries are done at 1yr I have to imagine that the majority of ppl start seeing stabilization by 9 months or sooner?. So far it's just been a slow painful burn flaccid and hard for me since May 1st.. Sometimes I'll have a run with no flaccid/errect pain, then have light sex and be sore for 3-5 days. Pentox, Viagra haven't done much for me besides help me in bed.. Traction hurt like heck on my lateral plaque (near head close to glands). The best thing for Peyronies disease I've come across is 25mg of daily Zoloft. Def took me off the edge with the state of the world and the state of my Johnson. Hopefully by May 2021 I'll either have xiaflex or plication and move on with my life. Seems those are my best options if I have the honor of hitting 30 degree + club... 20ish now

I really dont understand, how can you lose 2cm in length with a 20 degree curvature? have you actually measured it? and as for the date, 90% should have entered the stable chronic phase after 12 months and 99% after 18 months

I would say changes stopped for me around 7-8 months.  I am in month 10 now.  I still have some flaccid pain here and there, but it's way better now.  Erectile pain is hit and miss due to my 80 degree upbend and narrowing at the hing site.  Even that is a little bit better than before. So, it does get better, even if your junk is unusable.
