There are indentation and lesion all over now. They have recently developed even further, I don't even know what to say I am totally paralyzed. I have now 4 of these cord like bands of tissue each of them causing indentation. Also the curvature has more than doubled over the last 5 weeks. It's now almost 30 degree to the left. I feel absolutely defeated. There is also not one doctor in this crap hole country that has any non negkegibke expertise in this field. I attached some pictures of the lesions. I have no idea why they are all circumferential and only the one in the first picture, on the left side of the penis is giving the curvature. What is going on? I started my anti depressants now because I'd have continues panic attacks otherwise and obviously they haven't taken effect and won't so for many weeks. It really feels like this is the end. I already bought razor, sleeping pills, I decided that if my peyronies doesn't stabilize after 6 months I will commit suicide.now it's 8 months in and pain is worse than ever, deformity tripped since onset and now the healthy side is affected.

Peter,

Can you please post a photo totally erect if you are so inclined.  I think your perception of deformity might be flawed because just judging from the hang and the size of your penis in the flaccid state your perception of your size certainly seems to be off.

the reason it looks like this is because of the daily 5mg tadalafil. flaccid it makes a huge difference, it looks not like this when I do not take any drugs. I can post something showing the deformity later on. I just need to desperately know what these cords are. the one on the left(first image) is peyronies scar that has been confirmed by the urologist. the three on the right might be as well as they are very similar to how the others have started

Peter123,

I don't know what you are referring to as ,, cords". Peyroines has a distinct look to it when erect, and schlaff it just looks like a normal penis. Strange that a urologist would confirm a ,,Peyroines scar",  unless he's talking about what he feels. A scar shouldn't be visible. The deformity, of course.  Peyroines has a feel to it, but with mine I could never see cords or plaque. On ultrasound it was there. I just couldn't see it. (I couldn't even feel it even when Dr Lue could.)

I don't know what you mean by "chord", but plaques can't be seen. You should post a photo of your erect penis.

I share the same opinion.
Seems peter123 has a distorted view of reality. His major problem is mental, and I really think he should join a mental health forum instead of this.
We've tried to help him but seems we are just wasting our time. He ignores all the help and asks more and more for attention.

With this in mind, from now on I'm gonna ignore this user. He needs a psychiatrist and therapy, not our attention.

I used to think for many years it wasn't visible, but I had been doing some manual exercises, and just playing around really, and it (they) had become obviously visible, like a pinto bean clearly under the skin, less than a mm below. I don't know how exactly to reproduce the situation. I also have used heat (ir lamp) . of course it is much easier to feel it. The horizontal ridge that peter videod, I have two of those too, that look the same, on the left side side too, but they are not palpable and do not correspond to any curvature. the palpable plaques are quite hard and some are jagged, some are smooth like a bean.

the middle of the other cords is at the same level on the shaft as the one with the deformity associated to it. now, there is also pain on both sides. they also start and end in the same position, start on the septum and reach down the entire half circle. I just dont understand what this is, what is the plaque, what are the veins, do I have 3 circumferential peyronies plaques?? or just one and bulgy veins that just so happen to exhibit the same pattern including pain and palpation? peyroneis is so bad because there is a) no cure b) no serious treatment options c) its totally unpredictable and d) nobody seems to understand what is going on, I had 4 appointments and still know absolutely nothing. just like the doctors who examined me apparently. this can't be real

I'll provide an update, the cords appear to be growing and there is definitely some inflammatory pain. I can't think of anything that could explain this despite more tunica thickening aka more peyronies all over the place, three of these ridiculous cords have emerged.

Update: the specialist thinks these are venes not peyronies plaque. What's happening is that the plaque which is actually in the septum he said is somehow making those veins appear more pronounced. He said I have a small noncalcified plaque that is dorsolateral and party in the septum. He advice to continues with the taladafil as there are studies, one in particular that has shown reduction of septal plaque with daily pde5i

That makes sense Peter.  Fortunately you've seemed to have a diagnosis before any dents or curves are pronounced or problematic.  I'm sure the pde5i nightly was started soon enough to halt any further progression.  I hope this can provide you some level of relief as we all know Peyronie's can be quite distressing.
