Curvature also visible when flaccid

Hello everyone,

After reading some studies and browsing through many threads on this forum, I realized that the penises of most men with Peyronies Disease only curve when erect. I have a 20-25 degree curvature to the right and additionally my penis is twisted so that the glans 'faces' to the right; but this is not only visible when my penis is erect but also when flaccid. I visited two urologists and made a Ultrasound with them, but both of them did not see any scar tissue. What does this mean, if anything? Is my case thus more severe? Is there anyone who also had a 'flaccid curvature' and was able to straighten it out via traction?

I recently purchased the Phallosan Plus device (rod-system) and now do daily traction for 9 hours. Every week I will add length to the device in order to increase the tension of the stretch. I am now thinking about applying even more traction on my penis by wearing the device while sleeping. The manufacturers state that this will not inhibit the blood flow and nocturnal erections. Some men warn against doing traction when erect, but it is different when you stretch your penis when flaccid and it only later becomes erect, right?

Was your penis always like this or was it once straight when flaccid and erect?

So you had this flaccid curvature before you did any traction? I always put phallosan forte plus on before going bed but I wake up after couple of hours because the traction starts to feel like my dick is burning if it stays in the same position too long. So after I wake up, I remove it and continue to sleep.

Except for restorex, the more hours of traction the better.  Only issue of doing it while sleeping is you can't monitor closely.  Instead for quicker results I'd consider adding pentox, and low dose nightly generic viagra or cialis-all to help w the remodeling plaque to healthy tissue.

Viagra never did anything to me, my poor erections were caused by essential fatty acid deficiency. I have been wondering that maybe some peyronie's are cause by prostaglandin E1 deficiency. If you don't have enough PGE1 and you damage your elastic tissues your body replaces elastin with collagen.

Yes I had this flaccid curvature before I started traction. In my case, the 'disease' was definitely caused by excessive masturbation without lubrication, since the curvature starts at the exact part of the penis where most pressure was applied on while masturbating. How long have you been using the Phallosan, do you wear at daytime also, and were you able to decrease the degree of curvature?

Thanks Tony for the advice, I really need to get my hands on Pentox somehow, but doing so is truly chore in Germany. I also need to add a VED to my regimen.

I have used phallosan just about two weeks now. I'm going to wait at least three to six months before I'm gonna comment on results. On average I have been able to use phallosan about six hours per day plus about two hours every night. Just have to be patient and see what happens.

I think you have the right idea with the Phallosan Forte+. The more traction hours the better.
For girth, think you should add one or two sessions of a VED device.

Wear the strap opposite the curve. You can also use a velcro strap to pull on your penis opposite the curve when use the Forte+.
I do believe that when you can see the curve in flaccid state it does mean it's a bit more severe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vLtaeaQAkM

I would recommend only using the strap while sleeping and using the rod extender while awake. I prefer to wear the strap on my ankle, that donut thing on the forte looks odd to me tbh. I've heard people figure out how to use the strap on the ankle and without the donut ring.

Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.

I like wearing the strap around the waist.  That way the tension doesn't vary as the leg is moved around.

Who told you your poor erections were caused by essential fatty acid deficiency? Or that some Peyroines are caused by prostaglandin E1 deficiency?

You seem to have all this figured out, but whose your authority? You appear to know more about Peyroines than every Peyroines specialist in the world. Wonder why that is?
