Is there anyone on this site using the penis pump before sex?. The reason for my question is because I was using the VED today on my own and my penis got huge, I wonder if is ok to use a constricting ring on my penis having peroynes, I don't want to get my condition worst. My Peroynes was due to a Trimix injection that caused me a painful erection that lasted for 3 hours. Is there anyone using the vacuum  device?
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Yes, many do just that.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

I did before my implant
Prostatectomy 2004, radiation 2009, currently 70 yrs old
After pills, injections, VED - Dr Eid, Titan 22cm implant 8/7/18
