Xiaflex in Europe possible?

do doctors in the UK offer xialfex? do they import it from the US? and how much does it cost? I read when it was still available in Europe it was only around 600 pounds per injection. I wonder what the price would eb now

anyway, US drug companies are terrorist organizations so importing the drug is ridiculously inhumanely expensive. what can europeans do? in 2020 how can it be possible to have a treatment for a disease but not having it available to you due to some BS reasons?
