Do different kinds of pain mean anything

Is there a difference from pain on the out side and pain deep in the penis? Do you guys use both voltaren and ibuprofen at the same time? Is there a recommended dosage. In so much pain.400mg ibuprofen is not even coming close to touching the pain

I only have flaccid pain that actually goes away with erection. but its very strong pain, radiating through the body and the legs down

There other NSAIDS you can try some by prescription.  Since the gel is locally applied you can combine w oral NSAIDS as I understand.
