Scare of the implant, but I want it

Yesterday I watched a video on YouTube, about this guy from Peru that got a penis implant in Miami and got a bad infection, they had to amputate his penis, it freaks me out!!!!!. Why Doctors don't talk about it, we need to know any consequences of the surgery, I think I just will keep using my traction device, pentofixiline, Q10 and Cialis before sex, I can't take the risk of an infection during the penis implant

We do talk about all issues related to implants here.  We have extensive journals on every member implant.  We frequently talk about infection rate which for a good surgeon is under 2% and for Dr. Eid is less than .5 %

We do not how ever spend a lot of time talking about a freak case that happen to one guy out of hundreds of thousands implants.
