HeyThereYou

Hey, cost is not a problem, what is the best brand for COQ10 that is uk accessible?

I'm 21 and i hear that Ubiquinol is the one for over 40's and the standard Q10 is for people under 30. But the Ubiquinol (especially Kaneka type) Seems more bioavailable etc so if theres no negative to it i'd prefer to use the Ubiquinol with Kaneka if thats safe ?
Thanks

Done a lot of research and i've probably two of the best sups, with least amount of filler ingredients, although expensive:

Dr Mercola Ubiquinol (Kaneka): https://uk.iherb.com/pr/Dr-Mercola-Ubiquinol-100-mg-30-Capsules/40661

NOW foods pure q10 powder (ubiquinone): https://uk.iherb.com/pr/Now-Foods-CoQ10-Pure-Powder-1-oz-28-g/6107

I thought there was only 1 manufacturer worldwide of CoQ10, and all brands supplied from that one.

Dr. Mercola is a science/fact denying quack. I wouldn't buy anything from his website. He's gotten in trouble many times for crap. He was literally selling hydrogen peroxide as a cure for Covid-19.

There are three types of CoQ-10 according to Wikipedia. Ubiquinol the third type absorbs the best apparently.
