So just to clarify, is this the safest and most recommended protocol to this day?: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,696.0.html
I have the SOMAcorrect device, Does that mean i go straight to the second one listed: "PROTOCOL FOR 3 CYLINDER MEDICAL VED'S" ?

I'm very worried to start VED after hearing so many people have issues here so would be wanting to take it SOOOOO slow.

Does anybody have any suggestions to tweak the protocol to make it even more safer?

thanks

That is the protocol that I've been doing daily for the last 9 weeks.  The 20%, 30%, 50% is really where the safety comes in.  You never go beyond that.   I started very slow as well.  In a 15 minute session, I started with 1 pump with cylinder B for the first 5 minutes of cycles, then 1.5 pumps, the 2 pumps.  After a week I finished with 2.5 pumps, and after that went to 3 pumps.   On Week 7 I went to Cylinder C, and followed the same slow and steady approach.  Never had any problems.
45 Yrs old, Peyronies Disease Onset 11/2019, Stabilized 6/2020.

Dent/Hourglassing distal and dorsal side, lost length and girth.

Underwent Plication with Dr. Brian Christine in Birmingham, AL on 6/17/2021. Fully recovered with no complications.

So when you say 20% 30% 50% you mean if my normal erection quality through masturbation gets to like 80% then we dont go near that? Stay at 50% most which could be like a semi erect state?

thanks for response mate

Yes, that's it.  And any reports of damage through VED are very rare if one doesn't over pump...and most are very questionable.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

How old are you Rambo?

Have you been advised to use the VED for Peyronie's by your Doctor?

Normal stimulated USS doppler and MRI mid-2020
?overnight stuttering, ischaemic priapism end of 2020 from pentox + daily cialis

And so does one ever build up further than 50%? It seems thats where the benefits come in, when people get closer to their normal 100% but do not go over it. Are we literally not going further than 50% ever?

Thanks Tony

I'm 25 Federer

Yep i've been advised by a urologist.

I heard you had a bad experience with yours, Have you got to the bottom of it? From what i've read you was getting close to the 100% but experienced no pain.

Yeah I was advised by a urologist too. Yeah I was going to 100% as I was advised by the urologist and the pump advisers - I never had come across any of these sites and didn't know they existed at that point. I just followed the medical professionals' advice.

I never experienced what I would call pain but I guess it is subjective. I experienced some stretching discomfort sensation, but they told me that was ok as long as I never experienced pain, bruising, oedema, petechiae etc. Furthermore, I only ever held at the max point/tolerable stretch for 1-2 seconds if that. Since using it for the most recent time at the end of April, I have never been able to get a normal erection and things are only getting worse. It looks very likely I will be getting an implant ultimately from what the Consultant urologist told me recently. Bear in mind, this was from a position of no erectile dysfunction or problems, and I could have sex multiple times a day with my girlfriend and would be erect from just holding hands. Now I have lost my girlfriend, and can't get an erection with constant manual stimulation no matter what I try.

What I am trying to say I guess is be very careful and make informed decisions about what treatments to use. I trusted an experienced Consultant urologist and it has left me in this position
