Hello,

Having undergone a nesbit operation for a congenital curvature of 45 degrees downward and 20 degrees to the left. I now have an almost straight penis (12 degrees down and 5 degrees to the left).

I do manual stretching to recover lost length but also try to remove any residual curvature.

I saw that Neov advised stretching even at congenital curvature, but I didn't understand and I just read that he said to pull on the same side as the curvature, for example I should pull down and to the left? Knowing that I do the opposite, I pull up and to the right.

Can someone help me, and do you have a routine to advise me exactly what to do?
Routine every other day

- Stretching for 30 seconds straight on then 15 turns to the left then 15 turns to the right then helicopter to pass the blood to the glans.
- Stretching for 30 seconds upwards then 15 rotations to the left then 15 rotations to the right then helicopter to pass the blood to the glans.
- Stretching for 30 seconds to the right then 15 rotations to the left then 15 rotations to the right then helicopter to pass the blood to the glans.
- Stretching for 30 seconds up and to the right then 15 rotations to the left then 15 rotations to the right then helicopter to pass the blood to the glans
- Stretching for 30 seconds straight on then 15 turns to the left then 15 turns to the right then helicopter to pass the blood to the glans.

And all that three times, that's 15 minutes of stretching every other day, is that enough?

Does your doc recommend traction after Nesbit surgery?  If not, it would be a shame to break a stitch and have the curve return.

Yes, he told me to wait six months after the operation, I'm at seven months now.

Alex, did you have permanent or dissoveable sutures?  How much length did you lose w the surgery?

I can’t give you advice regarding traction after surgery, but I will say that you can ignore the directional stuff and just pull straight out if you choose to do traction.

I would aim for 30mins to an hour a day, again, if you choose to do it.

I wonder what a specialist would say such as Levine.

I do exactly that for 30 minutes every day. I was able to recover some length.

Unfortunately I still have a residual 30 degree downward curvature. Do you think stretching can improve the curvature?

I don't know if you recommend stretching for congenital curvature.

I think only a specialist on traction and surgery could really give you directions on that, but my own opinion is that the more traction the better (hours a day like in the studies, just not too high tension).

It would be really nice to hear from a specialist on this, since I'm unsure how nesbit would affect traction.

My own opinion is that traction  absolutely does improve congenital curvature, but there has never been a study on this, I just think it makes perfect sense given that traction will elongate the shorter side of your penis the most. In my case it seems to have reduced my congenital curve in addition to my Peyronie's.

My surgeon told me that stretching was possible 6 months / 1 year after surgery.

Thank you for your answer again, I have done a lot of research, it turns out that stretching helps to reduce congenital curvatures but by reading a lot of information on penis enlargement forums, I have never been able to read a case of a person with a downward curvature managing to improve the curvature.

Did you had a downward curvature ?

I had ventral hourglassing and indentations, although my penis bends up slightly.
In your case you can certainly target the ventral penis as I did through side stretches.
You would think that you should stretch your penis up to hit the bottom, but it’s actually downward and to the side that hits it well, at least for me. RestoreX is also really nice at stretching the bottom of your penis.

But I don't understand NeoV, it's not recommended to shoot against the curvature, and with a leverage point?
I don't see how pulling downwards can stretch the ventral part.

I think only the traction has shown improvement, not necessarily the direction-although against the curve sure makes logical sense (face validity). Most importantly, start traction-against the curve if possible.

The reason this works to me isn't perfectly clear but it allows you to bypass the septum and target the ventral part of the penis, which is why I've always found it so useful. Alternatively, do counter bending upward via hand or RestoreX (be careful).

After 1 year normally everything is solidified inside, isn't it?

People who have undergone a Stage procedure can shoot while they still have their plication points (before they dissolve) so why can't we shoot with the Nesbit procedure?

Sorry to disturb you! I always do 40-60 minutes sessions with stretches that last about 3 minutes (against the curve and straight as you explained to me)
And I wanted to know for you how long a stretch lasts? (I'm not talking about the duration of the session but about a single stretch)

I could read on the forum that you had done foreskin stretching? Is that right or am I wrong? You were talking about foreskin restoration ? I also do some, well I'm trying to heal my scar first
