Hello, I want to post two photos to tell me can i hurt my penis and get Peyronies disease this is my biggest concern.....

Before 8 months i have a surgery for short frenulum and after that i left with a bigger scar and a indentation dip under the scar. I have this scar because when they cut the part of the frenulum they have to sewed me together and that cause a tight skin under the scar.
This indentation is only because of tight skin there is nothing to do with the shaft and i dont have Peyronies!
Iam worried about getting Peyronies disease in the future because of hurt my penis with the sex acts because of this indentation that i have.

The first photo is when iam erected and dont pull the foreskin too much down to the bottom i dont have this indentation!
And the second photo is when i pull down the foreskin as much as i can and the indentation occurs.
It only occurs when i pull down the foreskin. The indentation is because of the scar that i have. When they make the surgeries the sew me together like normal and this is why i have tight skin and indentation occurs.

This is my opinion only, but it looks to me that you 100% have Peyronie's and not just "tight skin"...
Again, my opinion only, but that looks text book to me and I don't see any difference in the photos. I would get an opinion from a Peyronie's specialist and get an ultrasound. It looks like the penis itself has a dent, and that is not a skin issue.

Ivan, didn't you already talk to the doctor who confirmed it was due to the surgery, that it happen immediately after the surgery and hasn't worsened.

NeoV.
I dont have Peyronies a was checked by a doctor.
I have short frenulum surgery and this is because my scar on top of it. This is why i have tight skin. Look in the first photo i dont have the indentation because i dont pull back down the foreskin, when i pull it the scar didnt stretched as much and have this tight skin on my penis. This is all.
Iam still a virgin.  i dont have pain or something else discomfort. Only tight skin.
But iam worried about hurting my penis when i have sex acts. Bwcause i read too much for Peronies and iam scared that this things can ruin my life in the future.

You were checked by a doctor? what does this mean? You need an ultrasound or to see a Peyronie's specialist for a reliable diagnosis. NOT a regular "doctor." I say this to you because countless men have been told they don't have it by regular urologists, including myself, only for it to get much worse in the future. I don't mean to be negative, just giving you a warning.

I rarely had pain in the beginning and most men don't have much pain with Peyronie's. Look at the structure of your penis, does it have a bent or kink? If it's the skin, stretching the skin slowly over time should fix it.

Hey Neov.
Iam checked by a urologist who did the surgery. This indentation is because of the scar i have more skin on one place this is cause the tighthening under the scar.
Also i have send pictures to 5,6 of the best urologist in my country they also tell me this is nothing to do with Peyronies. Look in the first photo i dont have the indentation it occur only on the second photo because of the scar on top of it hope you understand me.

I don't see how this scar would result in Peyronie's down the road.

Hey Tony youre right, i talk with many urologists and they tell me that the side effects of the short frenulum surgery like the scars its not going to result in Peyronies this is right!!!
But iam worried that my indentation would have some damage when i have sex acts, but maybe iam worried too much because this is only tight skin and i should not going to have any damage. Its that right?

I'd agree w what the docs said.  When having intercourse just be sure to be 90+% erect and if circumcised use lube and try to avoid cowgirl/boy :) position.

To clarify, the upper part of your penis looks fine, and I agree that the skin shouldn't cause Peyronie's. But the lower part of your penis has a bend.

I agree it looks 100% like you have Peyronie's on the bottom side of your penis.

ivan99

Lol the bottom side?
Whats wrong with the side this is because of the side of the picture.
I dont have Peyronies on the bottom.
:)

If you mean that on the bottom is a big vein, not a plaque ;)
And also its not a bending on the bottom, its just a slight curve, just a normal variation of penis.
I see a lot of pictures of penises thats is like mine and even  bigger curve.

If you've been checked by a urologist I wouldn't be thinking of Peyroines. It's likely just a normal curvature. Peyroines is deep inside in the tunica albuginea and is a wound healing disorder. People cause internal trauma all the time to their penises and never get Peyroines. I think you're fine. Peyroines is a little like getting keloids deep inside the penis. That's what a doctor told me.
