what do you think of this short video. Dr Levine is suggesting the superiority of long hours of traction vs few hours with higher strength with either a device like restorex or a VED.

he suggests traction many hours a day is like wearing braces while a VED or restorex for example is like putting them in only on the weekend. I know there is scientific data to support more hours vs fewer hours on a device other than restorex. but what about a direct comparison of restorex 1h a day vs another device many hours a day with lower force. I would assume the longer hours would have greater benefit on remodeling etc?

also what do you think of his claim of never having seen any new ED or disease getting worse as a side effect of traction injury?

This video was uploaded in 2016. No clue about when it was made.  Pathright Medical was founded in 2015. Not much of an opportunity to do any studies before a video comes out
59 years old, 65 deg bend to right, just started RestoreX

I think both. I've been doing RestoreX, but I want to supplement it with all day stretching. Not sure what device yet. But ideally you want to *heal* in a stretched state.

RestoreX works fine because of the tension being applied and is effective, but I think for optimal results you'll want to do both.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Is it safe to do both? Restorex stretched a lot more than other devices so if you use another device too wouldnt that be too much?
Curve: 35°
Traction, heat, pelvic floor exercises, L-citrulline

So, i haven't tried this myself but plan to.

I would use something like the Penimaster Pro or the Phallosan Forte but with very little to no tension. This is when used in combination with the RestoreX.

The point is to avoid turtling and to allow the penis to *heal* in an extended state. Not to apply more tension.
So there's *active* stretching and *inactive* stretching. RestoreX for active and all day stretching for inactive healing.

I bought phallosan forte and the plus+ add-on. I don't use the phallosan belt method anymore, because my penor always looks small and suffering after using the belt. I like the plus+ add-on where penor is always straight. I'm using it every day with hard tension and every night before going to bed I'm putting it on and I use very milk tension just to keep my penor straight all nigh long. I think this is insanely effective combination. I'm seeing awesome gains in just two weeks! I had 90 degree bend and now it's about 30 or less.

PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Thanks Tony. At first I didn't have that bad bend, but after doing manual traction, my bend went to 90 degree and started to hurt. Now the only traction I'm going to do is to straight forward, no bending, I'm not brave enough for that bending stuff. In my mind it makes sense, if you want completely straight penor, then keep it straight at much as possible, and only straight traction.
