Like the title of my post said, I don't want to lose the size of my "head" during erection. When my penis is erected, the glans represents 1/4 of my penis, but if my penis is relaxed, then my glans looks small. If I have an implant, my glans during erection will remain small, so my penis will be smaller, or worst, what about the condition where the glans are "floppy". I read in an article that if you take viagra with an implant, your "head" can engorged, is that true?, or even with viagra your glans still don't engorged?. I don't want to do such a drastic surgery and then later regret it for life
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Your first sentence in that quote is false.  Your glans is part of the corups spongeosum and it remains untouched during implant surgery.  Whatever degree of erection it naturally gets now it will naturally get after an implant.  If it needs Viagra now it will need Viagra after an implant.  If Viagra does not help it now it wont help it after an implant so the bottom line is nothing changes.

I am not sure how much Erectile Dysfunction you have but you can either effectively use your dick for intercourse or you can't.  It doesn't matter if it is 10 inches long and a thick as your wrist if you can't have intercourse.  Since you have not filled out your signature line none of us has a clue if you have Peyronies Disease but if you do and lost any size you are likely to gain more size than you have now IF YOU GET A GREAT surgeon.

I do have Peroynes, I just don't know how to do the " signature line". I just read an article about a possible side effect of the implant surgery " floppy glans syndrome", that is very disturbing to me

From my understanding floppy glans happen when you have a subpar surgeon who implants you with too small of an implant.  The tips of the implant should be in the glans as far as your corpora allow.  I can feel mine 5 days after surgery about halfway into the glans

But your penis get filled with air, right? How it "inflates" the glans? I mean, when I get an erection, my glans get very reddish and pumped. I can see there's blood in there. How this works with an implant?

The implant is placed in the two corpus cavernosa.  The corpus spongeiosm is independent and inflates the central tube on the underneath of your dick and the glans.  As Hawk says it will function as it always have.  Now, the doc must place the implants in the corpus cavernosa which reach into the glans as well.  If not, the head will still inflate but be unstable.  You must find an experienced implant surgeon with a good track record to prevent this and other possible bad outcomes due to a poor surgery.

TDix is EXACTLY correct.  No one with a good surgeon gets floppy glans.  No one on this forum has floppy glans not even a little bit.

How do you get an erection now and why do you want an implant?

Thank you guys for the responses.I had very bad luck in the past with Urologist/Doctors.At 35 I got a vasectomy ( everyone told me that was safe), around 3 or 4 months after the vasectomy my erections became soft and weak, when before they were rock hard, also my hormones dropped, the Urologist who performed the vasectomy told me that all the problems that I was having wasn't because the vasectomy but because I was getting "older"WTF!!!. Years later a Doctor injected me a Trimix injection at the office, I had an erection with excruciating pain for over 3 hours, two days later I got a dent and a curvature on the site of the shot. I have very bad luck when it comes to my penis, I'm afraid if I get the implant I could be that 1% that gets the infection or worst

Nah, stay positive man.  Find a true specialist that does these for a profession, not one who "has it in his list of procedures".  I can tell you that with everything I've personally gone through, nothing lifted the weight off my shoulders like the implant has.  I'm like a kid on Christmas morning most of the time now, even with the soreness!  I was like you for the last few years, especially after failures of other procedures.  Depressed, obsessed, anxious, all of the above.  While I would never push an implant, just like I've said before that I would never push surgery, I can tell you from the horses mouth that I am very happy I got the implant

I believe Dr Eid' infection is one/one hundredth of 1%.   Go with a high volume doc with great results.  There are studies that show the fewer implants done a year, the more complications and thus the problems are MUCH LESS for high volume docs-see the list.

Does your penis still fill up with blood at all or do you completely lose that?

if you can get any erection now then your glans and the entire corpus sponiosum will fill.  that is the chamber down the center underside of the penis running from the glans to the base.  The two side chambers will not fill with blood because they fill with warm fluid from the resevoir.  You still have large visible veins on the shaft.  There is no feeling different with a pumped erection.  you cannot tell what happened to fill your penis.

I just don't know how many ways to say this but if someone knocked out a man for 6 month with a healthy penis, gave him an imlant, let it completely heal, pumped it up and woke him up, whether he was standing or having sex, he woud just think he had an erection.

I still get big glans when I am excited and every morning, I still get semi-erections, even though I have an implant.
If anything my glans appear bigger when I pump up my implant.
I always had a problem maintaining an erection.
Sometimes I will take a 50 mg Viagra to ensure my glans stay strong during our love making.
All is good.

I'm been watching videos  from different Doctors that do implants, and they all say that the glans don't engorged

Bad luck,
I believe what they are saying is correct.
I had glans engorging before implant, therefore I still get glans engorging.
If you don't have glans engorging NOW, then you will not get glans engorging after the implant.

The implant neither adds to or detracts from engorgement of the glans.  Pure, simple, fact.

Most men getting implants have total ED.  For those men, that would be a true statement.
