Mr man

Hello guys,

I enjoy keeping fit. Recently weight training has been taken off the menu. Replaced with more cardio. Muscle loss is occurring. (Not bothered). But it got me wondering if weight training or muscle building would help Peyronie's to recover?

Gaining a little fat is inevitable when building muscle. Carbs are essential. Some are convinced carbs should be eliminated to employ a natural remedy. I.e a keto diet. However, many other chemical reactions take place in the body when building muscle. Particularly hormonal.

Do these or any other chemical reactions have any positive effects on peyronie's? Or any effect at all?

Does anyone have any knowledge in this area, or has anyone experience change in Peyronie's while training to gain muscle?

Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
