Are there any side effects from cialis/viagra that are permanent?flushing etc...

Anybody taken cialis/viagra at what dose for how long and if you had any side effects that just stayed permanently?

One of the side effects i'd hate to get is the red facial flushing, is it ever possible for that one to be permanent? Is it something that ALWAYS subsides? If one does get flushing, if you keep taking it will your body get used to it eventually and won't cause flushing?
