Is this even worth considering or is it so unheard of?

I've seen it listed as side effect and looking at old threads NeoV said this is why he didn't want to take the ed drugs..

Does the risk increase with the higher dose meaning 2.5mg of tadalafil is much lower risk than taking a higher dose viagra? Is there even a risk for the viagras higher dose?

No, this makes no sense.  W regular dosing such extreme side effects are unheard of.  Just google it.

While alterations to hearing/vision are listed as possible rare side effects, it is very rare. Medications can do some very strange things to 0.1% of the population sometimes and they still need to be listed as possible side effects. That is why you see those jokes about medication commercials listing "cardiac arrest" or "death" as possible side effects.

Generally speaking, new symptoms would not emerge based upon higher dosage. If you are concerned, take a half dose in a controlled and relaxed environment and see how your body responds.

That is what I did when I first got a prescription for Tadalafil. I wanted to see how my body responded. I mean, I took a full pill and spent the day walking around Paris just observing how my body responded, so not exactly a half dose in a controlled environment, but still.

If you do feel anything strange going on with your hearing/vision then you might want to be concerned but I assure you that this is very unlikely.

When I take Erectile Dysfunction medication, the only side effect I get is a slightly stuffy nose and even that has since gone away. It seems like any side effects are most pronounced on first exposure and then your body gets better at processing it. At least, that is my experience.

Yeah sounds fair enough! I've done a lot of research on it and the incidents are very rare and a lot of the cases are from people who have taken way of recommended doses

Oh yeah. If you take way over the recommended dose then a lot of things can happen with any drug. ED medications can result in rapid loss of blood pressure if you take too much/combine certain medications/or have a history of weird blood pressure. Still, a lot guys have at least a mild form of ED, so a lot of guys take it and most don't have severe problems.

I take the 5 mg daily Tadalafil to help with remodeling slight hourglassing and I don't get any side effects. Plus, I find it actually helps my weight lifting and cardio because it helps general blood flow.

Everyone responds differently though. As I said, if you are worried, half dose on a rest day and see how you respond. But more than likely you will be fine.

Sildenafil can have this side effect.
You should take tadalafil. It's more selective to PDE5 and won't mess with your eyes, but maybe cause you some lower backpain.

I can tell you that I am one of the "rare" ones who experienced this with Cialis 2.5mg. I was diagnosed with
peyronies in April 2020 and saw a Dr in Chicago who put me on Cialis and Pentoxi. I was also battling arthritis pain and
neck taking Celebrex and Tylenol at times. On July 31st 6 weeks after starting the Peyronies Disease drugs I've had an acute attack in both ears
of tinnitus and hyperacusis. I've been in living hell for 2 months. I am soon to see an otoneurologist to see the extent if it is a neuroma or if the damage was from the drugs. I know it is a rare occurrence , but I am the rarae one that it happened to. Now I sit with no actual drugs to help[ out with my Peyronies Disease. I have had to stop all medication and allow my body to "detox" from everything. Be cautious with any med because it can cause a reaction - either good or bad. I do take the COQ-10 ubiqou and Vitamin E . I am aslo
on full testsoterone replacement for the past 16 years. Mike,

That's big news Mikel, thank you for sharing. Keep us updated on details and I hope you have a recovery.

Will do - My problem now is how to treat my penile pain. No meds at all by mouth. I have found that heat therapy does offer
some benefit at alleviating the pain and softening the plaques.
