Hello. Since my Peyronies Disease and Erectile Dysfunction are getting worse over the years, i am evaluating the implant for the future. But i'm scared as hell, so i would like to know something here.
I know that the top notch surgeons over there are Dr. Eid, Dr. Kramer and others, but i don't think i'll be able to afford them. I'll chose a good surgeon from my country, but i don't think i will be able to spend much money for Eid or Kramer, unfortunately. Consider this fact in your replies to my questions, please.

LENGHT:
1. Let's talk about lenght first. I know that the maximum lenght achievable with the implant is SPL, right?
2. Unfortunately, i'm still inflamed inside my penis and i often suffer from hard flaccid. This compromises A LOT my SPL. What to do in this case? Will surgeon put me the implant lenght which we talked about in his office, or he will evaluate in the moment of the surgery? I'm really concerned that, if i'll have hard flaccid during the surgery, i will have something like a 11cm penis.
3. I heard that, if your SPL was like 15cm before the implant, there's a chance of like 80-90% that you'll lose more cm, like 1-2 or more after the surgery. Is it true?
4. I heard many of you talking about the implant making your penis longer with time. Can you explain what you mean? Do you mean longer than BEFORE the implant, or you mean that you get your lost lenght from the surgery back?

GIRTH:
5. Let's talk about girth now. I've never understood what girth the implant will have: the same as SPL? This would be really a disaster for me, since my SPL has a RIDICOLOUS girth, like 9-10cm of circumference (girth), while when erected i often reach 13-14cm of girth, which is a nice girth.
6. Is it possible to ask to the surgeon for 13-14cm girth, if i show him pics of my penis erected which have that girth?

FEELINGS:
7. Are the feelings of pleasure the same as before, both in oral sex, vaginal/anal sex, and masturbation?

LASTING OF THE IMPLANT:
8. How much does an implant last? I heard that it lasts about 10 years. Is it true?
9. I heard that some implants never broke, even after 15-20 years. Is it true?
10. What if the implant is broken after like 5,6 years? Do you have to pay the surgeon+implant again, or there's some insurance for this or warranty?
11. How do i know if an implant is broken?

MISCELLANEOUS:
12. As a young guy, i will not always have a girlfriend, so sometimes i'll have to masturbate. Is it possible to masturbate with pleasure with the implant?
13. I often read about, for example, a "18cm implant +RTE" or phrases like this. But i didnt understand one thing: 18cm is the lenght of the penis, or i should take away some cms? How does these kind of measurings work? Because it seems like everyone have a monster penis (18-22 cm i read always)
14. Can i practice boxing with an implant? I'll take punches to face and body, obviously.
15. I spend a lot of my day on a chair. Will the "third ball" be uncomfortable or painful?
16. I read about many techniques to improve girth or lenght.. Are they feasible / real, to improve the outcomes? So, for example, if my penis should be 12-13cm after the surgery, many are there some techniques to raise this to 14-15cm, like it happens with penis elongation surgeries..

DEFORMITIES:
17. Will the implant correct the deformities by itself, like a 30° degree bend or more?

For now it's all.. Sorry if there are many questions, but i am sure that this post will help A LOT of youngsters (and not youngsters anymore) with their journey.. Thanks really much to everyone which will reply. I'll EDIT and add questions if i'll have others!

I am in a similar boat to you hope and am following this thread and all the implant journals.  I stabilized finally but I got smoked and have almost a straight up bend around 70-80 degrees and around a 25-30 degree left bend.  No erectile dysfunction at this point, but with the level of deformity and erectile pain at the plaque, implant is probably in my future.

I don't want to be rude but guys,  have you read the journals where we poured our guts out to give you a day by day evaluation.  Don't answer because the answer is obvious.  Every last one of these questions are answered in our Journals.  Yes it is work to read but so is typing a journal and then retyping answers that you typed in the journals.  I poured over journals including Merrix's journal which is the longest one before I got my implant and you are expected to do the same.

Lets start with the obvious how does it feel Oral, intercourse, anal, masturbation, while having sex with a watermelon, and with a donkey ?
Answer.  It is your penis, your nerves, NOTHING is removed so it feels just like it always did.  That is not a lie.  We say it over and over.  You might have a nickle sized spot of numbness under the base of the shaft but it does not affect sensation, you only notice it if you look for it and it goes away in time.
That answers at least a handful of repetitive questions

How long will it last?  If you are shot during a riot about 1 day.  It is a mechanical device. you cannot tell me how long a phone or a car will last.  I have known of implants to fail win 2 years and known them to last 18.  There are probably stories somewhere on each side of that but once you have one, you wont be able to get one fast enough if it fails.
How do you know if it is broken? That seems like a crazy question to me.  If you don't know its broken then its not broken.  If it is broken it won't do what an implant does. it is obvious. It would be impossible not to know your implant was broken. It would not inflate.
Warranty - Implants are guaranteed for life.  The surgery is not however so whether the implant goes out in 1 or 25 years it is covered but all surgical costs would have to be covered by you, your insurance, or national healthcare depending on your situation.

SIZE
- I have been here for 16 years and I do not know what SPL is
You cannot order or request girth size and penis length.  A surgeon fits an implant to your penis anatomy.  IT IS STILL YOUR PENIS.
Length - Your size with a great surgeon will be your BPSFL by 2 weeks into inflating.  If you lost length to Peyronies Disease or atropy over the years then you will gain some or all of that back over the next 12 month /  So, you will pretty much start out slightly less that you went into surgery with for a few weeks.  Have the same as you went into surgery within a month.  Slowly increase beyond what you went into surgery with over the next year
THIS ASSUMES YOU HAVE A GREAT SURGEON THAT KNOWS HOW TO SIZE, HAS AN INVENTORY OF IMPLANTS ON HAND AND WHO IS BOLD ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU A PROMISE BEFORE YOU GO TO SURGERY.
Girth - When you ask what girth the implant will have it is the wrong question.  The implant is largely confined to how much girth your penis has. Generally girth will be about the same as before surgery with an erection.  All dents and hourglass deformity should be gone almost immediately when you start to cycle so you might experience a modest gain.
Again, a great surgeon will match an implant to your body.  If you are very girthy like over 5.5" he will likely use a Titan.  If you are over 7" in length or have Peyronies Disease (at any size) he will likely use a Titan.  Titans have more ultimate girth BUT any implant will fill out an average penis up to 5 1/2 inches fine.

When you see someone mention implant size it tells you little about actual penis size.  The implant only goes 1/3 to 1/2 of the way into the glans.  It does not go to the very tip.  It goes well into the body behind the scrotum. that area is referred to as the crus.

Misc
You can do any sport from dirt bikes to power lifting with an implant once FULLY healed
The pump is annoying until it is healed.  Once totally healed you can literally thump it with your finger with no pain and you are never aware you have an implant 7 months after surgery whether sitting, biking, or riding horses.  Just went on a 3 hour horseback ride and it never crossed my mind.
A good surgeon can correct almost a 180 degree bend with just an implant.  There are photos here on this board..  Again one of the journals documents the correction of at least a 45 degree correction - READ THE JOURNALS

The more you increase size before the surgery the bigger the implant you might get.  After surgery your size increase will depend on your impl;ant size potential and your penis size potential.  You will gain to the smallest of those two through cycling.

Hawk, you're very patient to take the time to respond. As you said the info is all here, once someone reads it and then has a specific question I'll be happy to weigh in.

Hawk, as TonySa has said, i appreciate the time and effort you put to reply to my question. Really. But just a few of my questions were answered..

Yes, you're right, all the infos probably can be found between here and FT's posts by reading all the journals. That's true! BUT please consider that there are a PLENTY of journals with replies, and some of them are composed by many pages. It can take dozens of hours to really read everything of them.

I just wanted to create a post to "aggregate" all the infos, so the people which have these questions on mind can come here and read them in a methodical and neat way (i am not sure that neat is the correct word, sorry as i said in the PM there are some language barriers...i apologize for that) instead of spending dozens of hours trying to find the infos.

Then, if the guy is still curious, he can read all the journals and "live" the experiences that other brothers already did, to have a deeper insight of the implant journey.

To be honest, i thought that i would do a favor to the community by doing this.. but in the recent past, it seems like everything i do or comment in this forum is wrong. I'll think properly about posting in the future, maybe i've got a weird way of thinking, i don't know.

P.S. = SPL = Stretched penile lenght.
BPEL = Bone pressed erect lenght
NBPEL = Non bone pressed erect lenght
BPSPL = Bone pressed stretched penile lenght

All these terms are used in the Penis Enlargement community, which i'm not part of, but i find them useful to use to not write every time these long phrases and to use a "standardized" way of referring to these things.

However, if someone is still willing to reply to my questions, you're the welcome and i thank you in advance.. Regarding me, i'll try to find these infos in the journals, as i said i just wanted to "group" all the infos here in a neat and methodical manner, but maybe i did the wrong thing.
Have an happy day everyone. Peace.

Yes, I have read your journal and several others in their entirety and are very helpful and appreciated.  It is more about having more data points and opinions.  No two recoveries are going to go the same due to many factors and variables.

Hopeful,

Bone pressed is the ONLY measurement that is used in the medical community and no other measurement matters or makes sense.   There are bone-pressed stretched flaccid length and bone-pressed erect length.  Non-bone pressed measurements are deceptive, inconsistent, and make no sense. This is true because every other length measurement is subtracting for body fat which can vary greatly from month to month (or even individual to individual) and mislead anyone trying to track progress.  Accordingly this forum will not even entertain a discussion on any other length measurement.   We will leave those to the penis enlargement forums who are notoriously non-science based and who sadly send us many patients who they encourage to damage their penises.

You state that "Only a few of my questions were answered"  A few is defined as three.  I answered three questions in the first sentence of the 2nd paragraph.  In total, at a glance it looks like i answered 15 of your questions and a couple you did not ask.  I would suggest you carefully re-read my post.  I do not see a single question of yours I did not answer.  certainly there are not three questions of yours whose answer is not contained in my post.  If I am wrong then please list them.

Yeah, as Hawk said, there's literally thousands of hours writing up of experiences in the journals here on this forum. My advice would always be to take time to read them all. I didn't have Erectile Dysfunction but only a horrific bend. As Hawk alluded to when he said there's a journal by a poster with at least a 45 degree bend. I think that's me he's referring to. I'm still disappointed not to have the before surgery photos as definitive proof of the 90 degree bend - I deleted them as I was so disfigured and didn't want any of my kids suddenly coming across the pictures. Both surgeons I've had measured the degree of bend at 90 degrees. Unbelievable really given that it's now, for the last 14 months, perfectly straight.

The titan will fix a really bad curve for sure on it's own. Pictures before and after in my journal. Very bad peyronies, hourglass, plaque. Straight now.

Best advice. Find a really good doctor and do not worry about anything else.

Best thing is. When I pump up my erection. It points up at about 1 o clock. It no longer curves on around and hits me in the belly button. Best thing i ever did when I knew I could never get a natural erection again. No pills, no needles, nothing. Just want sex, pump up.

If you are having trouble with your penis in any way this is the forum to learn from. Take it from me and read. A lot of good thorough info here. I can only appreciate the time and trouble some have taken to detail their personal experience.
All i can say is thanks to everybody that contributes to this board.
