Affordable medical grade ved?

Hi all, i've recently seen a urologist and was advised to purchase a VED. I've read through alot of this forum while looking for a VED device to try, and the soma is the main one I see. Unfortunately it is out of my budget. Can anyone recommend a device that is similar, but more affordable ($100 or less)? I'm looking to treat narrowing/hourglass, a dent and minor ED.
