Is this a PEYRONIE ?

Hello everyone,

I am a bit concerned regarding my diagnosis with peyronie. It all started sth like 10 years ago but differently than in every description of Peyronies Disease. After squeezing penis with two fingers I found small object like a grain of rice but not just under the skin but right in the middle of penis - no pain, no erectile problems, no curvature just a grain of rice. Since then it has grown to size of grain of a peas still located in the middle of penis with no erectile problems, no curvature, no pain. What concerns me, new thing popped up. I can feel that the place nearby the lump (on the sides) is a bit fluffy (it's hard to explain) like enlarged / swollen blood vessels.

Just for the record, I am under urologist supervision but does is sound like Peyronies Disease for you ? Does anyone have such case ?

PS. I take 300 mg of CoQ10 every day but so far I haven't noticed any changes.

Will the urologist due an ultrasound?  What do they think it is?

Most likely it's a peyronie. That's what I heard after several ultrasound checks but I am little bit confused because my symptoms are not typical yet I am also aware that there is no such thing like typicall when it comes to illness.

Maybe MRI will be the answer... But until then, anyone has / had similar symptoms?

If it's Peyronies Disease, your stable and shouldn't worsen.

Hello,

I wanted to update my case story after MRI (3T with contrast). Actually, no changes in tunica albuginea and other penis structure were found. Now, I am even more confused because sth is definitely palpable but MRI doesn't give any answers. Still no other symptoms just the one I described in my first post in this topic. Still taking coq10 200mg a day just in case.

Any ideas what more can I do / check ... ?
