The description of this board is "A place to discuss the psychological challenges and their positive solutions... A place to seek help and offer help."

There has been a lot of drift from that recently.  Just as we post in the treatment boards solutions rather than rambling repeatedly over what has not worked, here we post to identify challenges to the extent we are are actively searching for solutions to help deal with these challenges.  This is far different than a perpetual bitch session of hoplessness or repetitive complaining and dismissing things we have not even diligently tried.  Venting is fine and even healthy for an introductory post or an occasional pressure relief but If you want to complain to the exclusion of searching for help or offering help then the "Off Topic" board of our forum is the place to do that, not here.

We are a support community with the emphasis on: education, action plans, and follow thru.
We identify problems, educate ourselves, formulate action plans, follow through, evaluate, report back then cycle through the process again until we see improvement.

Even though the description next to the board name is clear, there seems to be some confusion about the purpose of the "Psychological Component" board.  To help clear that up, here are the
purposes and the rules.

1. To share a concern or struggle you might be having with the objective of seeking ideas and help to improve that issue,

2. To offer ideas on how to overcome psychological issues including relationship issues

This Board is NOT for:

A.responding to a member's topic by trying to show the posting member how much worse you are on some misery index unless you include how you overcame those challenges.

B.It is not a place to repetitive posts about physical treatments

Posts not in keeping with the board topic will be moved to other boards that are more appropriate.
