What could a skilled pelvic floor therapist do for me (someone with Peyronie's) and what benefits could I expect from it? I've read about it a lot here on the forum & I know there are specialized therapists that work with pelvic floor therapy.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Sincerely,

It really depends on what symptoms you are having.  It's done wonders for me after 6 sessions, plus daily home maintenance stretches and exercises.  My HF symptoms are down about 40% at least and the level of the burning / blunt Pelvic pain in the rectum, perineal, and junk is down as well.  Its not a silver bullet but has brought me closer to normal than anything else I've tried.

Happy to hear that man. What about curve reduction? Anything on that point?
My own issue is a curve caused by a plaque.
Thanks

Mr man

Hello,
I'v been going pelvic floor exercises for about 20 years. (As part of my keep fit regime.) It's great for general penile health. It promotes blood flow. It will give more muscle support, and generally will strengthen a 'hard on'. Unfortunately, it's not likely to have any direct impact in curvature.

If you feel your general physique could do with a trim up. Go for it, there will be a little peripheral support for Peyronie's, but unlikely to have great impact on plaque. Only 13 % of sufferers recover without treatment.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

Yeah, there has been no curvature improvement.  I got a big ol' plaque 2cm x 1.5cm and the only thing that will get rid of that is surgery or maybe years of traction / VED.

Hello, i am very interested in this. What exercises have you been doing? Do you also have anterior or posterior pelvic tilt?
31 yo, Hourglass Peyronies likely because of masturbation

Treatment: Vit E and fish oil (vitD+E), no more masturbation; good improvement so far, less hourglass both in flaccid and erect state, little to no pain during erection now

I do all these daily, plus a few more that my therapist taught me.
