Hello everyone,

I joined this forum about a year ago because I suspected I have Peyronie's Disease. My doctor didn't really take it seriously, and most seemed to just adopt the 'wait and see' approach.

I maintained a diet that utilized a lot of vegetable oil, and broccoli, and I drastically cut down sugars and caffeine.
I did traction once or twice about every day, for 1-20 minutes each time.

Honestly for a while it seemed like it was going to be alright. It felt a bit more stable, and while there was still a slight curve, it seemed like something that was manageable.
ED has been a consistent problem for me. I haven't been 100% for a little over a year now, but do feel like I've been able to get it to 85% or so a few times.
I tried and failed at NOFAP quite a few times. (I probably masturbate too much as I have a high stress job, and kind of started using that as a technique to cope with it.)

-- The other day I noticed what seems to be another curve near the base of the shaft, making it have a slight backwards "S" shape.
-- Erections have also been much more difficult to get and sustain in the past two weeks.
-- There is a near constant soreness most days, especially after masturbation. (I fell into the trap of wanting to check to see if it's back to normal too soon.
-- I also noticed while getting an erection, if I'm laying on my back, there will be a swelling or fluid build up or some sort at the base of the shaft, isolated on the left hand side. I don't know if anyone else has had this issue before.

I'm pretty stressed out, and was already going through a severe depression.
For a while it seemed like I was going to just have to deal with regular ED problems, and that this was going to stabilize.

Just wanted to give an update.
I hope everyone else is doing alright.

Hey HAN19, glad you're back, but sorry you had reason to come back....
It sucks when things start to return, but it seems like that's part of the nature of this beast.
When you first noticed the curve near the base, was that after any kind of new trauma? A particularly energetic JO session, or it just appeared "on its own?"  I had both of those things happen to me - a second plaque that appeared seemingly out of nowhere, and a third that I likely caused by being too energetic. (Man, I need to find a better stress reliever....)
Especially where you've noticed the return of inflammation and swelling and pain, I think some penis rest is definitely warranted.  Go back to the things you did the first time around - rest, heat, vitamin E or whatever supplements have worked for you. And probably eliminate all masturbation, as tough as that may be.  Your penis will tell you when he's ready to resume normal activity, as you'll notice more spontaneous and firmer erections.
Thanks for this update, and keep updating.  We're all here to help and support.

Peyronie's since 2017
Have tried: X4Labs Extender; Phallosan; Jelqing; Manual Massage & Stretches; VED Pump; DMSO + Iodine, Vit E; Ultrasound.
Curve gone from 90 degrees to 20.
Still have hour glassing, which I HATE
Open to new suggestions & ideas.

Have you considered low dose nightly generic cialis to help w both erections and remodeling plaque to healthy tissue?  Consider adding pentox, traction and/or VED.

@RandyPE

Honestly, it happened after masturbation/edging for a while in one sitting. I never felt burning or anything in that area, but it's right next to the swelling area.
The burning was just on the left for a while, but it would also often feel like it was burning inside.

I stopped masturbating for about 4-5 days and felt an erection starting. I did that stupid thing where you check to see if the problem's still there and it is. I feel like I can only get 65-75% erect too, which is a massive blow to my confidence. (I've been wanting to start dating again, but this is giving me a lot of second thoughts. I'm still in my 20s, and all my friends are starting to get married. It's just very isolating)

Before I did traction when I was able, took vitamin C, D and B-13 for a while. I haven't tried heat until just recently but would ice it after irritation.

It's so hard to stop, especially when I'm afraid I'll never be able to get a full erection again, you know?
I keep trying to stop, and I'm pset because I keep slipping.

I should also note that I periodically feel around, and I haven't felt a hard deposit people keep referring to  there was one hard line on the top lefthand side but I looked it up and it may have just been a swollen lymph node apparently (it's severely smaller today than it was when I noticed it w few days ago)

@Tony's

I haven't been on any meds for it. I've considered it, but my doctor was convinced this only happens to people 40+, so I'd have to convince him.

I do traction but I haven't done VED.
I've been considering it recently, as I heard to helps regain some of the initial length/girth?
I'm a bit scared to try it because of some of the horror stories though.

I'll keep making updates as I go.

If you have Peyronie's recurring you'll def want to get started w treatment.  Ignite the horror stories and do what's been shown to work.  Start w the survival guide and def get in the nightly generic cialis to remodel plaque and improve erevtions.  JO is ok if you're hard and have no pain.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
