Bought this pump and it doesn't really work?

I bought this one because it was cheap:

After one time, it doesn't really seal any more. It will suck my guy in until the head comes through and then it makes noise like the air is kind of escaping. Not sure how to form a tighter seal?????

I think it worked normally the first pump.

How do I get a better seal or is this a lousy one?

possibly that seal has a stupid design, go on ebay or aliexpress and look for SILICONE PENIS PUMP SLEEVE , it must be symmetrical and fit the diameter, typically 8cm.  
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%
