Didn't see this answered yet or maybe it's such a basic question it never gets asked, but what's the theory behind VED therapy? If you put a curved object into a straight container it will be forced to also become straight? Is that the thinking. If I put my penis into a VED I can probably only pump it up partly before it starts pushing the side of the container/capsule. Is the idea to put stress on the penis a little at a time and eventually the plaque will break up more and more and with more sessions? I imagine my curved penis would only pump up about 50% in the capsule at first unless I wanted to risk injury.

Already had multiple urologists visits working through this. Last visit with a specialist in Peyronies Disease recommended a VED so now I'm working through this in my head.

Hey:

You should log in to the home page as usual. Scroll down to the index listing. There are two VED boards shown in two segments of those listing.

Open either of these boards to find many topics, threads as well as hundreds of posts about VED therapy and how to use VEDs.

Age 92. Peyronies Disease at age 24, Peyronies Disease after
stage four radical prostatectomy in 1995, Heart surgery 2004 with three bypasses/three stents.
Three more stents in 2016. Hiatal hernia surgery 2017 with 1/3 stomach reduction. Many other surgeries too.

Thanks. I skimmed over this thread and found what I was looking for:

On mobile and having issues otherwise I'd copy and paste the answer but I did find it in that thread and it's similar to my initial thoughts. Just worded more professionally.
