Strange symptoms after waking up on erection

I woke up on an erection this morning, and I am having some issues. I went to use the bathroom and I felt like I could not empty my bladder. Like there was little pressure and still a lot left. Worried, I tried masturbaring, and while that was fine, as soon as I ejaculated my penis went down right away, which is not normal for me. What could this mean? I don't think I have hard flaccid.
