Hi, guys.

Found this forum while searching for penis sleeves as a possible help when having intercourse, then finding penis extenders.

Looking for any help on the matter, as I have had a relationship with an understanding girl, but want to improve my condition.

Good to know is, I have had Peyronie's for as long as I can remember, so partly something I was born with, but also having pain since last year.
Curvature is upward to the point where intercourse is almost not possible, especially not cowgirl etc.

It has worked in the past, but because of pain and not enough sensation (I'm also circumsized, btw) and probably stress, I haven't been able to maintain an erection when trying.

Urologist says I need to wait till November to see if the condition is stable and he will operate me.  Tried Vitamins (Selenium+Zinc by PharmaNOrd) and yes, pain has decreased, but not sure if that's duo to the condition slowly stabilizing...

Guess that's about it for me.  Just trying to figure out if a Penis Sleeve or Penis Extender will help me to penetrate easier regardless of my upward curvature and if it might also feel better because I'm circumsized.

Thanks heaps!

Hi, you say you have Peyronie's for as long as you can remember.  Do you mean you've had the curve for as long as you can remember.  If so, it's likely a cogenital curve.  Is that what the doc said?  How severe is the curve.  What kind of surgery did the doc recommend?  Welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the forum.  As Tony pointed out, we need a lot more info.

No one is ever born with Peyronies Disease

Penises come in all shapes and sizes and males are born with congenital curvature which can be slight or dramatic but is not a disease and it does not progress as Peyronies Disease often does.

If you have penile deformity describe it.
how old are you and when did it first appear?
Has it changed?  If so when and how.
Do you have or did you have any penis pain?

Hi, I'll try to elaborate.

Im 36 years old.

I've always had a curvature since my teens when I started paying attention to it.
Not sure of the angle, but it's hard to penetrate and since last year, I have pain during erection / masturbation / penetration, which has now mainly subsided.
This year, I noticed it growing slightly to the right as well, though mainly in flaccid state.

Could upload a picture if that's allowed or even desireable.

Doctor was a bit quick in talking and didn't yet offer any details on surgery, but (which I found very strange), said there would be no risks.
He thought about shockwave to slow down the process, but since I fainted last time when he gave the explanation (yeah, yeah), he wasn't very convinced that that was a therapy I would react favorably to as well.

I have been able to penetrate my (ex)-girlfriend last year in the beginning of our relationship, but with pain and not a lot of feeling.  A while after that, my erection would fade away when trying to enter her.

Fist advice is do NOT rush into surgery.  You have one penis.  Risk it to the wrong surgeon or the wrong procedure and it is not good.  If you get to the point of considering surgery there will be time to discuss the type of surgery and the skill of the surgeon.  We can discuss questions to consider and to ask your surgeon.  Typically it is good to find a surgeon who specializes only in penile surgery or who does at least a 100 of the exact type of surgery that you need every year.   We will discuss this later.

If your doctor did not even recommend a Doppler to assess plaque or blood flow before suggesting surgery, I would be very suspicious.

You are allowed to post a photo two with a good erection.  What your penis does in the flaccid state does not tell much.  If you decide to do that try to get the angle that shows any curve or dents clearly.  We certainly cannot diagnose Peyronies Disease but here is an information-packed guide to give you a good foundation for discussing issues on the forum.  I recommend that you read it more than once. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

I 100% agree with Hawk - there are tons of options you should consider before looking at surgery.  And I disagree with your doctor, as in don't wait until November to begin things.  There are many things you can do NOW to start getting some results well before November.

Look at stretches, heat, antioxidants, etc - it may not even imagine what you do, but at least DO something.  Read as much as you can here on the forum.  Each of us has had different results with different things, but I think it's important that you start something right away.  It hopefully will make a difference to your penis, but at the very least will give you a feeling of being in control of the situation and not merely a "victim" of this terrible process.

PM me if you have questions.

Peyronie's since 2017
Have tried: X4Labs Extender; Phallosan; Jelqing; Manual Massage & Stretches; VED Pump; DMSO + Iodine, Vit E; Ultrasound.
Curve gone from 90 degrees to 20.
Still have hour glassing, which I HATE
Open to new suggestions & ideas.

We don't usually recommending Private messaging to ask questions.  It limits your response to one person's opinion and limited experience Instead of thousands. It also prevents others from learning from The exchange. In short it defeats the entire point of the forum.  If everyone did that there would be no forum.

Hi, the doctor is recommended by my urologist and supposedly only performs these kind of operations / surgery.

He seems to be fairly well-known and has a youtube video or channel.  Are we allowed to post names?

I will upload two pics.

Have an appointment wednesday for second opinion.

Sorry for the lateness of my reply.

W an upward curve it's best to take the picture from the side to see the extent of curvature.
