This is the ED section so this is better discussed in the Peyronies Disease Boards.  The answer is simple.  Peyronies Disease is plaque (scar tissue) that replaces normal tissue in the tunica.  Scar tissue does not expand like the elastin tissue in the tunica.  It is like putting scotch tape on a ballon and blowing that balloon up. The sections with the tape cannot stretch and expand.

I have plaque without calcification. I did not lose any length. Is it normal in this condition ? I have only 30 degree bend.

Anything over 30 degrees is a good candidate for surgery, either plication or penile implant.

But, since yours is not calcified and before any surgery you should do traction. Just because you haven't lost length yet it does not mean it will not happen. It depends on if the scar has finished forming and contracting.

With RestoreX for example you can make sure you don't lose any length and actively counter acts your Peyronie's curve.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

I question your statement about not losing any length.  If you have a curve, you have a short side of the curve (the inside) and a long side of the curve.  If you can straighten your erect penis with little force it may seem you lost no length but the shortening of one side is the ONLY thing that can cause a curve.

An upward curve is the least problematic since in more naturally fits the female anatomy in the most common position for intercourse (face to face)
