Any reports on Gains Wave Therapy?  its 3000.00 no insurance.....  I do not want to be sucked into something that does not work

I went through several rounds of Gains Wave with no success. I believe there is some reported success for treatment of ED but much less limited for Peyronies Disease. I tried everything out there (traction, VED, Xiaflex, PRP, stem cell, etc) and ultimately went with an implant.  I was very close to choosing a peni scrotal plication which was going to limit size loss (1-2mm loss) but ultimately chose an implant due to severity of curvature (90 degree) and amount of plaque.  I have read of several folks who have had success with plication. If your surgeon is doing 10-12 a week it sounds like he know what he is doing and obviously Mayo Clinic is top notch.  Best of luck and let me know if you have any qustions.

I'll repeat again, GAINSWAVE IS NOT TRUE SHOCKWAVE it is a sham.  If you want Shockwave treatment you need to use a machine that actually produces real shockwaves (urogold 100, Dornier, Renova) Do not use gainswave it's a sham, use real shockwave provider. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLI6CY_NxAo&feature=emb_logo

I passed on gainswaive simply because there are numerous other more inexpensive treatments to try. Traction therapy seems popular with most. Manual traction was working for me wonderfully. Untill I was hospitalised (for another reason). After 8 weeks I was well enough to go traction again. Sadly my body was not responding to manual traction. So I took up a device. It helped to reduce the lump, has increased girth and length, but not yet helped bend. It's only been 6 weeks.
