Emergency Surgery

I had a severe 90 degree curve and I used a John Hanger 15 pound hanger to stretch my pens against the plaque and it went straight but I started bleeding out the head and went to the ER.Friday afternoon I had to have emergency surgery to stop internal bleeding around the plaque that ruptured.The surgeon got the bleeding stopped and removed the plaque and patched over it.I will need more surgery because damage the stretching did which was severe and I will need Reconstruction Surgery in time with a possible device to help with erections..Just giving a update

Did you stretch it flaccid, or erect? i'm in shock that the plaque burst out. How's your urethra? can you urinate properly? did they put the catheter in? how long for recovery time?

did the doctor actually told you what did you rupture inside, and what kind of damage and where did you do?

I have to urinate in a bag and it may be awhile until the corrective surgery...I will know in the morning..Doctor said I could've bleed out..I did a lot of damage with pulling my pens straight with the weights...I can't urinate as of now

In alot of pain...I'm going to have to have Reconstruction Surgery in the future.The peyronies plaque is gone from now but the surgeon says all the stretching in time probably create more plaque scar tissue down the road.He said that weight stretching should be banned but pulling a 90 degree curve straight against basically bone wasn't healthy.I admitted to him my wife suggested it.I think were over because ever since I had peyronies she slept in the bedroom and made me sleep on the couch.Only to get drunk on wine and come grab it and pull it straight to to try to have painful sex.I will admit I'm depressed and really don't know where to turn.

That's a very understandable reaction, but I'm sure if you address it w accepted treatments you'll have positive changes.

Honestly your wife sounds awful man, you deserve a lot better. I hope all goes well with your surgery

Man... right now you have other stuff to deal with, but the things you wrote about your wife are very unsettling. That shows that she doesn't understand your condition, and on top of that put you through all this and even shows that she doesn't care about you at all.

Look into counseling for yourself, because it's going to take it's toll on you, if you can afford it of course. Have you been together for long?

I'd ask her if she's willing to go to couples counseling together. You've both been through a lot and hopefully can get through this by pulling together and supporting one another. We only know this one particular experience to your long term relationship. Hopefully, there are good times and strengths that you could both build upon.

I asked her to enter therapy and we had a rocky relationship the last few years.This just added more to it as see thought it was gross to look at it and she kicked me out the bedroom and I would let he come grab and pull it even though it had me in pain.The weights she used were about 15 pounds of pressure.Thoughts that pulling the plaque ans cause it to burst and it caused internal bleeding.I had it all removed and they put 2 patches over where it was located but then stretching has caused more areas where I could have build up and I still can't urinate

I will admit I have cried every day about this all day...I feel less than a man about this and wonder how did I get it...My doctor says its going to be okay hopefully over time

Hang in there, you had the surgery and now are on your way. Just no more of that pulling it weights or you'll have a reinjury.

Oh dear, what a desperate situation. So glad that you are in the hands of the right people now that will hopefully fix your issue.
I also had a 90 degree curve to the left, however i had a very understanding wife and we were able to have normal sex.
Peyronies can be fixed, along with the right love and support of a loyal partner. Sometimes in life you need to make some tough decisions and if she is not willing to support you through this then you need to consider whether she is the right person for you.
