Hey again, Bail.  It's impossible for any of us to give you real advice over the internet going in blind.  I'm not one to ask for pictures, but if you want to put up some pictures of your penis flaccid and erect, at least we'd have an idea of what you're looking at, and someone can tell you if their penis has had a similar presentation, etc.  Otherwise we won't know how to help.

You absolutely can get Peyronies Disease at 18, and absolutely can get it from masturbation alone.  BUT that doesn't mean you have it.  We're happy to help, just need more info.

the curvature is gone, what i have is: problem getting an erection, 0.5 cm decrease in girth and length, in my flaccid state its sometimes smaller than usual and hard on the sides and sometimes it has its original size and the hard feeling is gone.

Peyronies from masturbation? unless you are being very rough, or doing something weird to your penis.... inserting it somewhere... bending it.... forcefully manipulating it or constraining it with some sort of device, i see no reason for you to develop peyronies from normal masturbation alone. Never read anything about it.

I am 100% sure you can. I got my plaque exactly in the point i'd grab my penis with 3 fingers when i tried a "suggested" technique. I got hourglass exactly in that region, a couple of months after using 3 fingers.
