Has anyone had pelvic floor tension/hard flaccid related penis pain and also experienced peyronies pain?  I have had penis pain from my pelvic floor tension for a while and am not sure I would be able to differentiate the new pain. I am trying to figure out if I might have peyronies so I would like to hear from anyone who could explain the differences in pain between the two conditions. Thanks!

Both could obstruct nerves resulting in similar pains. It would mostly happen in the erect state with both. But the hard flaccid issue pain surely might also happen flaccid.. and peyronies pain is less often with the flaccid penis (of course depending on where the plaque sits)

I believe many who have peyronies have Pelvic tensions too. If the pelvic floor is too tense, blood flow will be obstructed which can also result in bad healing/no good anti inflammation response, which can result in peyronies.
Then some might just have pelvic tensions which can result in erection problems, bends and similar peyronies issues too. I think anyone doing any of the modern masturbation habits(sitting same position infront of prnhub etc.) will have some sort of pelvic floor issue if he doesn't actively do pelvic floor work to counter it.

hello friends, 2 weeks ago I solved this problem (hard flaccid, voiding problems, defecation, burning, orgasm, erections)
I have not yet published because I am waiting to see if the changes remain.
I only did manual traction for 4 minutes, 1 minute sessions, generating significant tension but without too much force.
the base of my penis was narrow, hard, that cut the circulation, and it regenerated a lot, it can still improve a little more but I don't have the problems I had before,
I also did kinesiology several months ago that helped me a lot to decontract the pelvic floor, but the traction was very efficient, 5 years suffering with this and I only had to stretch my penis for a few minutes, if it is maintained I will publish
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

Mine is painful when flaccid 99 percent of the time, only hurt erect a couple times when it was already hurting flaccid.  It is kind of a mild ache and sometimes a mild burning pain (usually about a 2 or 3 out of 10 on the pain scale).  It is often on one side of my shaft but sometimes it aches on the other side.  It usually goes away if I take anxiety medication so I am thinking it may be a pelvic floor issue and not peyronies

The only way to figure out if you have peyronies is to get an ultrasound done from a uro. Guessing if it is pelvic pain or peyronies is going to be pretty hard on a forum. i suggest going to your urologist.

I've had pelvic pain, and the only way to describe is was that pelvic pain enveloped my entire penis, specifically at the base, while peyronies is more of a localized pain and sharp. Or a dull ache in one area.
