I'm thinking of getting the soma correct to finally get rid of this curve. My question is, does it still work on a curve to the right about 40°? I thought the idea was to never "mold" an erect penis so doing VED seems counter-intuitive. Will it hurt? And once I'm done doing the daily protocol, what do I do with the erection? Lol

1. Still work with 40° curve? Yes - you go into it flaccid and the pump stretches and infuses blood, but not a true erection. Your penis will be confined to the cylinder, so not able to bend to its 40°. While in the device it will look relatively straight.
2. Not mold erection; will it hurt?  No. The increased blood flow to the tissues and the stretch is what will help and promote healing. You're not bending an erect penis, it's just not able to bend like normal because of the cylinder.  Good thing.
3.  What to do with erection?  Have fun, enjoy, take pictures, play.  Any or all of the above.  Or let it go down and go about your day.  All are good options

Anon is this a cogenital curve or due to Peyronie's?

Curve/bend due to Peyronies. Plaque/nodule on right side of the shaft towards the base

I'm only finding somacorrect is in the UK. In the US I'm only finding soma erect and soma comfort. Which is the best one for Peyronies?
