Hi All,

I am very grateful for this forum and wish you all the best in coping with this condition. I am 27 and single so this has hit me relatively hard. 5 weeks ago, I sustained an injury which did not hurt me at the time during sex, but a few days later I shockingly saw that my penis was suddenly a good bit thinner and had a waisting/hourglass effect upon urination. It seemed that the hourglassing happened only on urination and returned to normal then. I have had mild pain since, and went to 1 urologist who told me to give it 6 weeks to heal. I have subsequently began to take a number of supplements:

COQ10 300mg, L-Arginine 2g, ginko,ginger,vitamin e, copper, vitamin c, blueberry, omega 3

I have also began to apply heat therapy via hot showers and the rice sock method. I have seen very mild signs of what looks like improvement in girth/strength but the pain is still there and the whole thing feels weak still so nothing of significance. I have an app with a better urologist on 7th August where i want to get an ultrasound.

I have noticed that the main pain seems to be at the base on the underside, where a little ball or pain on what seems to be the actual ligament or the urethra seems to exist. This is what causes it to hang a bit differently. I have also seen a decrease in flaccid girth.

Given it is still very acute, has anyone got any advice on anything else I could do? I really dont know if it is peyronies or just going to take a long time to heal.

What type of injury? Bend?
Explain the sensation and what happened after and next day.

The supplements sound good..

The girl was just really rough with her hand and I felt some pain at the time from the pulling. I didnt feel a thing for 3 days, until I came back from a run and saw this completely deformed penis. I have some what seem like indents on the side, and the path from flaccid to erection is very different to what it used to be. If I dont see any progress in the next month, I will probably look for pentox and start VED. I am also applying castor oil, emu oil and magnesium oil regularly given I am working from home. Thanks for the reply

With urination, there are structures beyond the penis in play. Pulling could've also messed with the pelvic floor or the ligaments.
Problems from flaccid to erect, as in filling in? Could also be cause something obstructs inside the penis or the muscles responsible for creating an erection are effected.

It's a bit of a puzzle sometimes if no obvious faulty tissue can be detected. Your measures sound good.
Sometimes looking at anatomy diagrams and understand the process an erection is facilitated helps.

Yeah that makes sense, I guess I will have to wait until the app with the uro hopefully. I do feel a few bands on the right which arent on the other side and dont move with the skin. However I havent noticed any bend when erect, but the girth on erection is thinner particularly on the underside. Would you suggest I go on low dose nightly cialis also? I feel like its still too painful or sensitive to start any kind of traction. I am limiting masturbation to once a week and not touching the shaft.

To clarify, when the penis is going from flaccid to erect, it doesnt fill out evenly, and the top is usually quite thin until fully erect. It also bends a bit downwards when semi erect, hinged at the point where the ball of pain is on the underside. Once erect it is fairly straight and no real deformity apart from being a bit thinner.

Yes, I believe low dose generic cialis (2.5-5mg) is worth a try.  You may find your penis filling out more.  Let us know what the doc says.
