When touching my penis it is very cold , but past few days ago it was not. Then when semi erect there is a curve to the right leaning also to the right because right ball is lower if it makes a difference. My full erection are straight , but with slight twist and leaning to right is this Peyronie because it hard right now to go for an appointment because of covid. Age 21

Edit:
After a few weeks my penis stop having curves when semi erect , However now my lean is bigger , and my twist/tilt is bigger to the right its looks curve because of the tilt is it really not peyronie. Also sometimes my flaccid feels hard also , but not always. Penis dosent hurt in erect or flaccid however groin area hurts. Is it peyronie or pelvic floor issue ?

Certainly doesn't sound like Peyronie's and one testicle is always lower than other to prevent crushing injuries.

Cold means low blood flow. Low blood flow is often due to constraining blood flow, which often happens if you're tense.
One ball is often lower, very normal.
