Hey guys,

Looking into the possibility of getting a traction unit for myself but I wouldn't know wher to start as far as purchasing one.

Would anyone please share:

1 the device
2 price
3 pros and cons of its use (e.g. ease of use or whatever)
4 how you like it

I mainly am in acute phase and have little fibroid balls in my penis in a few parts, a slight indent at the base of my left shaft but is inconsequential when having sex as it is essentially straight. Biggest complaint is a feeling of tightness from two fibroids at the distal shaft and along the dorsal tendon that runs up the center when erect and minor inconsistent aching when flaccid. Wondering if traction and ved would help.

Would love to hear what everyone has to offer. Thank you!
32 yo. Unknown cause. 1st plaque proximal left base near pelvis 9/19. Expanded and shrunk after 8 mo by 50% (still working on it). Minor bend but malleable. 2nd small plaque 5/20 superficial distal right just under tip. Currently growing. No bend.

I have used the LeLuv pump from Amazon for several months now, and like it.  I've tried the battery operated ones in the past but didn't feel like I had any control over the suction.  The LeLuv one is a manual pump with a gauge, so it lets me keep track of how much pressure, etc.

Not sure what the rule on links is here, but this is the Amazon link (if it gets deleted, PM me and I'll share).  It's US$79.00 and 100% worth it.

Peyronie's since 2017
Have tried: X4Labs Extender; Phallosan; Jelqing; Manual Massage & Stretches; VED Pump; DMSO + Iodine, Vit E; Ultrasound.
Curve gone from 90 degrees to 20.
Still have hour glassing, which I HATE
Open to new suggestions & ideas.

Is the ESL40 still available?  My doctor told me it was not due to the fact the owner had passed away.

I'm not sure, someone recently said they've been waiting a long time.  Maybe call or email customer service?

Awesome, Much appreciated. Did some looking. I guess in my situation, Im still debating if I need to spend the money on a traction device since they are about 500 dollars. I can still have successful erections, and sex as long as its slow paced with an actual decent minor stretch that feels good. My fear is starting traction if it isnt needed (but what would be the exact need for traction to begin with?), and injuring myself since I would be doing this solo. Most seem to start traction once they get a bend, but I wonder if getting it for a fibrous plaque would be sufficient.

Ill still have to go through threads to see peoples experiences.

If you have plaque it can both prevent worsening and help reverse them.

I've been using a battery powered vacuum pump - one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tracey-Cox-Automatic-Suction-Rechargeable/dp/B06VV8GD4K - every day for about 2 months now.

Within the pump my erection is not entirely straight but I'd say 50-75% improvement, so it appears to be doing something. But regular erections don't seem to have changed at all.

Looking at investing in a Restorex.

Do manual traction and heat therapy combined.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

If you're plaques are confirmed I would consider treatment to prevent progression.  You can pick and choose.  Choices include manual traction, traction devices, VED, pentox, low dose nightly generic cialis (2.5 mg), heat, etc.  do those that you can afford and make sense for you.  Just be sure to take objective measurements beforehand so you can accurately track any changes: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
PS ESL40 traction device is no longer available.

Mr Man, how long do you do manual traction for and what is the procedure that you use please?
You also mention heat, can you please explain how this helps and what progress you have seen with using this strategy.
55 years old 5 months post op LUE procedure with Prof Ralph in London to fix 90 degree bend to left. Currently doing Traction and VED to gain back 2 inches lost in length, which is going well. Taking daily Cialis and having great erections and sex.

Use the rice sock method in my video. Do not be concerned with a "protocol" simply take action since you likely will not be able to be patient enough to do it for over an hour a day by hand. I recommend an hour to at least match Restorex's study, but more is better as long as you do not force the tension and are careful. Pull your penis away from your body with an OK grip, that's all. Be careful.

Ah, typically I recommend warming up the heat sock twice or even three times and cycling hand traction and heat (heat usually lasts 10 mins per cycle or a bit more). Eventually your penis changes to super elastic and things really begin to feel better. Be careful as always with both of these things.

Yeah the plaques are def present but seem to be soft. nothing has hardened. When I do firm pressure on one after heat it seems to reduce in size but regain firmness at a later point. not to mention I have seemed to develope another tiny nodule at the base. who knows at this point but I will deff implement manual traction
