Hello - I am using the Restorex, in the 15 minutes straight and 15 angled as described in the book.  It's been working on the lengthening so I've just started to switch out to use the Extension Rods - which work fine.  But I can't angle down for the second part of the 15 minutes due to the length of the rods.  Am I supposed to be unscrewing the long extension rods and replacing them back with the smaller twice each session so I can do the portion where I angle down then screw the longer ones back in to do the first part for the next time?  Or am I missing something...

I know I can begin to angle with the longer rods if I pull all the way out - but I'm not quite there yet.

Thanks for any help.

I cannot help you here bud. Is there any chance you can contact costumer support, and paste here what they say, in case they are helpful?

It sounds like you've stretched enough to need the rods, but will need to stretch a little more before you can use the same length when bending,

Yes, it's been working really well to regain what was lost...  I did contact customer support with the question - and they responded super quick and sent a second o-ring.  I screwed the second set of extenders into that - and now all I have to do is pull the device off and switch o-rings.  It works pretty well - hope this helps with anyone with the same issue.

Great, I've heard they are quite responsive!

Use the measurement diagrams to see which angled position is best for you. Also per the manual:

• It may be the case where you are able to get good traction in the "Straight
Position" using the extended rod length but are not able to reduce the device
tension sufficiently for the "Angled Position." In this case, you will need to use
the standard rod for the "Angled Position."

So yes, if you can't get good traction for your specified position you will need to switch to the standard rods.
