Hi All,

I am posting on behalf of my partner so forgive me if I'm missing any obvious details. We are in the chronic stage, he has approximately a 40° curve up and left. We are looking at getting a traction/vacuum device. As I mention he is uncircumcised and cannot, due to tightness and pain withdraw the foreskin and expose the glans for clamping or placing in a suction cup for the Penimaster. From what I can gather, does this make traction devices such as RestoreX and the Penimaster unusable? Is Vacuum such as Somacorrect the best option? Thank you for any comments.

So when he gets an erection his foreskin still does not retract to expose the glans??

Using a VED device does not require forced foreskin retraction.

If his foreskin is so tight it will not retract he'll probably want to start manually stretching the foreskin.  Meanwhile, he can get started w VED, low dose nightly generic cialis (2.5-5mg) and pentox all to remodel the plaque to healthy tissue.  Also, be sure to read the survival guide.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

Thank you for the replies guys, no, his foreskin does not ever retract without excruciating pain, he tries through puberty to loosen it but couldn't. Wondering if you have any advice on which VED is best?

Also worth noting we're in the UK, so I don't think those prescription meds are as available to us. When you say low dose Cialis, is that available OTC? Thank you.

If he can't retract the foreskin he may want to try a traction device w a noose rather than a suction cup.  Place the noose below the glans without having to retract the foreskin.  Or use a VED.  He can use generic tadalafil (2.5-5mg) or generic sildenafil 50mg.

Hi, I have foreskin but it not tight, i use a VED (Soma correct) daily, and it pulls my gland through my foreskin, so i would think your partner my feel pain if using a VED, but it may also help stretch their foreskin.

Take a look at the "All Day Stretcher" (ADS) at www. jelq to gain .com (type it all together).  There is a model for circumcised and uncirc men, and I've been very pleased with the traction that it does. It's by far the most comfortable device I've used yet.
Peyronie's since 2017
Have tried: X4Labs Extender; Phallosan; Jelqing; Manual Massage & Stretches; VED Pump; DMSO + Iodine, Vit E; Ultrasound.
Curve gone from 90 degrees to 20.
Still have hour glassing, which I HATE
